This place was recommended to me when I needed to buy some makeup for an underwater photo shoot. Kassie helped me out and was able to show me exactly what I was looking for, and she also showed me some other products that will be really useful too! This store is huge and has pretty much anything makeup related you can think of. When I got to the car I realized the color of the foundation was a bit too dark so I went back in and Laura worked with me to find the right color. I'm so glad I looked at the color on my face outside before driving away. They made it very easy to return and get the correct shade for my very light skin. Thanks to Kassie and Laura for your help today! I'll send you photos of my photo shoot when I have them!

Sadly won't be shopping here anymore, I was denied an exchange. Tried to make an exchange for an unopened item as the receipt clearly states I can . As I proceeded to complete transaction the worker pointed to this sign on the counter about their policy that is different on the receipt. Not worth shopping here.

Frends is an amazing beauty supply. I've been going there for decades. My mom used to go there when I was young and then I have continued. Super helpful staff. Esther was amazing today. I needed help with some hair color questions, and she really took the time with me to figure out a solution. I highly recommend!! They have great products and great staff. And easy parking!!

My sister went to get African synthetic hair for braiding. She says every was very polite. There was a good selection and the sales people were eager to help. Would recommend.

A friend took me here to purchase some new makeup for a show I was doing. Everyone was so helpful. I want to give a big KUDOS to DAVID who taught me so much about the correct makeup for my older skin. He told me about a product for the bags under my eyes that worked FANTASTIC. Frends Beauty store will be my place for all my makeup needs and knowledge. DAVID is a true shining star. I highly recommend this place.

Need a gallon of blood? Frends. Turning yourself into an elderly elf for the renaissance faire? Frends. Disguising yourself to stake out your sister's first date (Wigs, facial hair, prosthetics)? FRENDS. Frends is your one-stop-shop for film-work, beauty, and fun projects. Employees here are knowledgeable and offer helpful suggestions. Sfx items are separated by a room from beauty products. This helps me focus on what I need by category. I can shop at Frends and still feel like I forgot something as I leave with everything on my list. They offer discounts and incentives and their prices are more than reasonable. You feel like a kid in a candy shop when at Frends.

Who is NOT using this place?? They have everything you could need, and the staff is always incredibly helpful.
The only thing I would offer to them is for the staff to mention why they're providing a free sample of something. (LOVE the free samples!!) I came home, and realized I had a sample for under eye serum. Did they see something in me that needed attention? At checkout, I'd prefer a quick consultation on what I might need, and that would lead me to buy that in the future. Giving me a random product without explanation yields nothing.
I love this place and their staff!!!
