The prices vary as its not one dollar but still awesome deals and most of the product seems brand named and overstocked. Today I found a SUPER CUTE lamp shade for only 2 dollars...Fabric!They have really pretty glassware (their carafe's look so expensive), holiday decor (Easter threw up in aisle 6) and essential product like sponges, baking soda, plastic cat toys, etc.The employees are always very professional and the line moves quicker than my ex's new girlfriend.I walk in wanting a few items and leave with bag full of stuff. Love!”
“I'm impressed- a lot of items you won't find in a Dollar Tree- yarn, a large selection of acrylic paints, name brand products (I picked up a small bottle of Clorex brand bleach & saw Fabreeze, Tide, Dove on the shelves). But, be careful; there are many items- like the Fabreeze, Tide & Dove- that are priced higher than $1.51, but they do have big neon price stickers on them indicating the price. Also, store is well organized & fairly clean & employees actually pick up the phone! Also- the website is pretty good to get an idea of what they have in inventory (just know that prices- especially of anything listed at $1.99 may be lower in-store).”
“Lady was very kind to me 2021. She was the one who gave me a blanket and stuff animal for my daughter. I finally met up with her after so long! She is now 2 yrs old. We meet again and finally I got her name! I forgot her name actually or we talked and never exchanged. She is a very busy, punctual business woman who is on point in her store! “The workers here are very kind and hard working. I find many good deals here and the place is very convenient. They open more registers when it gets busy. Typically parking is available, but the only bike parking area always has yelling, mindless, and dangerous homeless people. Basically, you're fine unless you visit from the north/east from foot/bike. Not once have I not seen them there disturbing people traveling by sidewalk. I'm so sorry that children and the nice people who are forced to hug the street closely to avoid them. The homeless are often inside stealing, being weird, and smelling horrible.”
“This was a quick stop for some odds and ends which also proved to have been very interesting. I'm pretty sure that most frequent shoppers have found that the average item sold at these stores no longer cost 99 cents. In fact the average cost per item these days are between $1.49 and $1.99 depending on the item. It certainly isn't what it once was some 3-5yrs ago. Perhaps they should consider rebranding them as "THE TWO-DOLLAR STORE"!”
“99 Cent Only Store on Sepulveda Blvd. Mission Hills, CA 91345 I found great deals on groceries at the 99 cent Store. I was able to save on Meat, Dairy, Produce and a number of odds and ends. I saved way more than I expected and the quality was same I'd expect from other stores. But I was more than impressed with the quality of customer service I received from a store clerk by the name of Anthony. (818)9811284 245 3239375852 I'm a elderly disabled woman, when I first walked in the store Anthony who was busy speaking to a customer, excused himself and rushed over to where I was struggling to pull apart a cart to assist me. He then returned to his prior customer. I watched as he listened very carefully to the customer concern and responded accordingly. Afterwards Anthony rushed back my side. He said "let me know if you need any more assistance". Long story short Anthonys Exceptional Customer Service Skills made feel comfortable and appreciated. . For instance had selected antibacterial hand soap, and he suggested I buy the bigger refill which was the same price as the smaller one! I was able to shops the entire store.When I got home I noticed Anthony even took the time to put all of the parishable items together! It was the best experience I've had shopping in in my a long time. Anthony is truly dedicated to doing his job. His type of enthusiasm is hard to find and I'm sure it will take him far. Theres more! When I returned to the store; a month later; I heard someone say hello Ms. Robinson I turned around and there stood Anthony! He remembered my name! ,that was totally unexpected! Dollar Tree is a great source Hallmark greeting cards and stationary. I scooped up St Patricks, Easter, Sympathy and graduation cards. I also scored some quality candy and Disney/Marvel tsum tsums as well. Happy to be able to give my friends, nieces and nephews a little something nice for Easter and stay in my budget too.”

“We were unhappy when Dollar Tree raised its standard price from a buck to $1.25 over a year ago -- but, even so, this store offers the best bargains around on the wide range of items which it carries. Their seasonal specials make great small gifts, their food choices are reasonably priced and often include hard-to-get items, and their household products are affordable and comparable to major brands. Dollar Tree staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We only wish their parking lot was easier to negotiate, and had more spaces -- but with some patience one can usually find a spot. KEEP ON HAVING THOSE BARGAINS, DOLLAR TREE -- CUSTOMERS NEED A BREAK!”
