I purchased a Yukon Denali here last year the cluster went out first so I had no information whatsoever on what was going on with the car contacted them got the cluster replaced that took some time, shortly after all sorts of lights started to come engine, stability track, traction control are all on and constantly go off while I'm driving...I went back to them, they told me they were going to assist me , however getting in touch with them is difficult at times, the car has been running terrible for months and needs a new engine or valve job and both or equally expensive... although the people are great the cars they are selling not so much..my car still has Not been fixed so far just playing phone tag with Albert... I would like a working vehicle that's all folks,!!!!

I called these people 1.5 hrs ahead of time to let them know the car I wanted to test drive as I was driving there from San Bernardino. I got there to the car boxed in on all sides. The guy came out and I mentioned whom I was and he went to go get the key. There was only one car length of room behind the car so it seemed weird to me...was I going to drive it back and forth? Didn't attempt to move any other cars at all while I was waiting there. Then comes out fiddles with the key a bit and tells me the car battery is dead and it will have to go to the shop and proceeds to try and talk me out of buying it anyway referencing bad gas mileage, etc. Doesn't offer an alternative or equivalent car. So I left, pregnant, overheated, pissed, to drive 2 hours to work now with the traffic. I called about another car and they took my number and gave me the run around "it is in the shop for this," "now it is in the shop for this" but I noticed they raised the price by $1k once I inquired about said car. This was almost a month ago now, still haven't called me to let me know it is out of the shop. This place is THE WORST used dealership I have EVER been to in my 36 years of life. They have reviews about selling lemons as well. Avoid them if you don't want to get scammed. Unprofessional and trashy.

I purchased my daughter’s car from Boktor Motors in September 2022, and I wanted to wait to write this review until I was sure we had made the right choice. Just shy of two years later, I can confidently say that Boktor Motors exceeded all expectations. Not only did they offer an unbeatable deal, and believe me, I scoured the entire country for better prices, but their customer service was exceptional from start to finish.
The car we bought has performed flawlessly. We've encountered zero problems with the car. The team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase.
I highly recommend Boktor Motors to anyone in search of a great car at a fantastic price. With that said, I’ve also read some bad reviews on here so double check the car.

Do NOT buy a car from here. I bought a Lincoln LS from the dealership that was a TOTAL LEMON! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It ran for about 3 months before breaking down!

Very recommended! very responsible owner, especially the staff named Albert will follow up if the car has some issues even after monthes. (they will help you even the car is sell as it) Bought a nissan sentra super smooth and good, with some minor issues but Albert keep following up and solved them

We were recommended to Boktor Motors by somebody who has bought several used cars from them. So when my elderly parents were hit and their car was totaled, we took over the search for them and basically ended it once we met them at Boktor Motors. we told them everything we were looking for and it wasn't instant but when I tell you, they checked all the boxes and found exactly the right vehicle for a great price. That's exactly what they did. They've been absolutely outstanding, and not only found the perfect vehicle. They also have stood by it and helped us by referring us to mechanics and even getting most of it repaired for us. They're absolutely phenomenal. We will definitely be buying our next used vehicle from them.. I would also refer them to anyone whoever asked and tell them they have to talk to Albert!!!!

In June 2023 (just four months ago), my husband and I purchased a 2012 Volvo for my 18 year old daughter- it had 80k miles and appeared in good shape. She is a college student and works part time - she is dependent on a reliable vehicle.Just four months after making this purchase, her check engine light came on, the car started shaking and she immediately pulled over. It was a scary experience for her. We towed the car to a reputable shop in our area and we are now finding out that she may need a new engine. In addition, they have found a slew of other issues that should have been caught if this car had passed through ANY type of inspection.I wish I would have read the reviews prior to making this purchase because others have had similar experiences and there are lots of commonalities in our complaints.Edited to add a response to management's reply: I did reach out to your company through the online website form but it took several follow-up messages to get a response. This all transpired at the end of last week, and we have been traveling, this is our first day back to deal with the issue. We are willing to give your company an opportunity to correct these issues, and to do the right thing.If this car truly did pass any type of pre-sale inspection, Boktov may want to find a new mechanic as our auto shop has alreadycaught many things that would have hit the radar of a qualified mechanic. Minor issues, we would've had no problem repairing on our own. Thousands of dollars worth of repairs, after four months, definitely not acceptable.Our bill today to get the car back on the road was $2932.85. The recommended repairs and services: $5,635.16.October 30, 2023, I spoke to Albert from the dealership who told me that the cars DO NOT go through a "thorough inspection," as stated by Kay. The cars go through a "very basic" inspection.We selected a dealership versus a private party for peace of mind, believing that all vehicles passed inspection.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of reading through all of the negative reviews here before making a purchase from this dealership. Make sure your personal mechanic has done a thorough inspection of the vehicle since the dealership does not do thorough inspections.We have a $10,000 vehicle that needs almost $10,000 dollars in repairs. I truly feel scammed.The final outcome: the dealership (Albert) has refused to help correct the situation, and did not respond to my offer to sell the car back to them.Do not trust these people. This experience has been devastating and disheartening. I would love to connect with others who have had similar experiences to explore our options. There is power in numbers.

I bought two cars from this dealer for my kids. One car I bought about 18 months ago and the second one 3 months ago. I thought I owe this review to however own this business. Both used cars run great. Reliable and in good shape. The best thing was the price. I think we got the best value for our money. Thank you.

First off Karen, Alex and Albert are amazing, Boktor Motors- inventor selection is great. The process was quick and easy.
