“Found myself back at West Coast Auto Body for something I did. 30 years parking in the same spot and this time I hit my passenger side mirror backing into my spot. No one has new mirrors for an Acura RSX-only banged up junkyard finds. Had to go with aftermarket and by the time Z had it painted and installed, I couldn't tell the difference. Also had some new trim pieces for the window put it and had my headlights polished to like new with the UV coating and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended, as usual. Always a fair price for some great work.”

“I came on here to get their address and realized that after all the years I've been coming here, I'd never written a review of them. THEY'RE THE BEST!!! I needed their address because I took my car to them because my check engine light came on. They immediately diagnosed the problem and instead of fixing it, they first checked to see if the repair was covered under the factory's warranty. They notified me and said they don't want to touch the car because doing so could effect the warranty the needed repair is very expensive and if I take it to the dealer I will not be charged for it - Thank heavens for them because the repair IS STILL covered under the warranty! They could have easily charged me a fortune for this expensive repair but they did everything possible to make sure my car is repaired properly and that they saved me as much expenses as possible - to be exact - this repair would have been about $4,000. - and because of the honesty and experience of the people at Sam's Autobody, it's going to cost me $0. This experience is just one in a long line of wonderful experiences I had with this company. I've used them for body and mechanical auto repairs for about 15 years and they have always taken wonderful care of me. I go there because I know they'll fix the problem, they're honest and if they're able to save me money they will. Thank you to all the guys at Sam's Autobody.”
