This review is based mostly on the front desk gentleman. He was extremely helpful and professional when we came to find a unit on very short notice. He showed us several spaces and explained everything well, no rushing. I have never rented a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. He was kind a patient, even though we had our toddler with us fussing. The buildings are clean and secure and there is plenty of parking. The elevators are big too. The hours are good, you can go until 10pm, many others close at 6pm. Had to take off a star for the yelp promo being a bit shady. "half off 1st month rent" should apply across the board, or if it is for "select units" then those should be posted and updated. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I was told a unit would open up over the weekend and sure enough on Monday received a call! Chris made the process quick and easy. Showed me the unit, had prices readily available, answered any questions I had, and made sure my lock and code worked before I left. The facilities were super clean and I appreciate that they have carts for use. Highly recommend!

I have been a renter for about 8 years. The facility is also clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to storage your goods!

Have used 101 storage ever time I need to move or have extra storage. Best place in town to keep your stuff- especially because the staff is so friendly & accommodating. Especially Nikki, who has been there for years & is the best. I come back only because of Nikki- who I always count on for keeping my stuff safe & being reliable- years after years- which is extremely rare in this town. It’s a nice feeling to have someone that cares. Thank you for Nikki

First off, the location is so easy to get to from anywhere. Mainly though, the staff here, particularly on weekends, can’t be beat. They are on top of their game and the building and grounds are kept immaculate unlike a lot of storage places. Nikki at the front desk always answers on the first ring whenever I need anything too. We used to use Public Storage which is NOTHING compared to 101 Storage. Can’t recommend this place enough to anyone else. Make the switch!

Super friendly, good packing supplies and the best part??? They have friendly squirrels that will come right up to the door looking for nuts! It was the cutest thing I have seen in a long time!!

I love 101 storage. I’ve had a storage room there for many years and the staff is always so friendly and helpful whether you’re talking to them in person or on the phone. Never have had a problem. The place is kept clean, well-lit, and monitored...so feels safe.
