Family of 4, 9:30am appointment on March 8th, completed everything by 10:45 am. Make sure the form is all fill out correctly-do not use white out. We brought in our passport photo. Our passport book arrived in the mail today ..March 22nd. No expedite fee.

We are so Pleased with the service and workers Allison and Rosie I had to post, sweet very very helpful with our passport renewal and fisrt time application, being walk in no appointments , haven driven from Tracy and other person from modesto.Dear God bless them and send more people like them.

Never thought I'd write a review for a post office. Me and my girlfriend both had an appointment for our passport. They let us both check in earlier then our appointment time. Let me tell you the workers got us in & out in 10 minutes both of us. This is the best place to get your passport. I really recommend this place. 10 stars if i can rate that. Thank you to the kind staff at the front desk.

Terrible service. You can tell that these are just lazy people that don’t want to work packages that are set to deliver on a certain date. Don’t even attempt deliver them and they make you go pick it up at the post office. They are so trash.

I get two or three "not at this address" envelopes weekly. this tells me my mail is going to the wrong address. New this week, my packages are being tossed into the bushes behind the open gate Both packages damaged. Today was a50+lb pet food delivery thrown over the open gate. Box damaged. Had to retrieve and get the box up the hill to my door.I have been here six years, never has a package been left in the bushes, damaged.Someone is just not wanting to do their job. Unacceptable.I am filing a complaint with the PostMaster and USPS.I thought I would share my experience in case anyone else is seeing this lack of service.

Friendly, high quality service here. Yes, that is an oxymoron when talking about Post Offices but they have their game on here.We drove 2 hours to this post office in order to get a rush passport (8 weeks to get an appointment in the Bay Area) and had a great experience with Lynn. She knows her passport stuff!This is the only post office in California that accepts walk-ins for passports. They expedite processing directly with the State Department in Philadelphia.If you need a passport fast, this is your place. They quote 2-4 weeks for “rush service”If you are in the Bay Area make an online appointment or drop in between 9a and 2p for walk-ins.Never thought a good experience was possible at a government anything but this is the exception!

Good option for getting a passport appointment with Bay Area locations all booked out for weeks and weeks. About a 2 hour drive with favorable traffic conditions. Helpful and knowledgeable employees.
