“I have used Coldwater Self Storage for over 25 years. Although I believe the company changed ownership, the quality of the facility remained the same, if not better. The resident managers communicated with me if there was ever an issue, and most importantly, I felt their prices stayed reasonable over all of the years that I rented a unit. When I moved to a new area outside of LA, I expected the prices for a storage unit to be cheaper, but they weren't. I would have stayed with Coldwater Self-Storage if it wasn't for the distance. The facility was always clean, well-taken care of, and secure, so I didn't worry about my belongings. I would highly recommend Coldwater Self-Storage for anybody who needs a storage facility.”

I have gotten to know the family that manages the facility and really appreciate the attention they give clients and the way the place is kept clean and safe. The best part was recently when Nick found I was paying too much for my very large indoor locker (10.5x12). They have credited me the balance so that I don't have to pay another month until February of next year.If you have ever stored your stuff at Extra Space or Public Storage, you will appreciate the huge difference with this family-owned business. They will not ratchet up your rent every month. They have very competitive rates and it's well maintained. They are not owned by a Wall Street hedge fund like the big ones.”
