It was great when they first opened, declining a bit like all the Matt's. It's safe, has a patio, near a coffee shop super convenient.

Today was the last time for me. I've come here for at least a couple of years, but it's no longer safe if you're white. They have crazy customers and the woman who was there working will obviously not take your side if you're a white person or don't speak Spanish.

I got told to be paid $15 if I wanna let my car mats air dry in the laundromat. I accept the price. But less than 24 hours, I was told that I need to pick it up. They definitely put them in dryers to dry faster. Even the lady who accepts my drop off told me that I need 2 days. So many conflicted information are given. One person told me that I can pick up tomorrow. Other one told me to pick up today otherwise I will be charged extra. Cunning and informative misleading cannot help a business in a long run.I came to the laundromat on the 4th NovemberP/S: will update the follow ups if I hear any contact from the laundromat

Before I moved out of town, they fixed essentially all of the problems that I ran into in the review I wrote. The e-mail system never really quite worked right and you do need to call to make sure your order is ready but essentially, it was always fairly priced, the clothes came back in great shape, orders were never late, and you could pay with a credit card so you're never messing around with trying to make sure you have just the right amount of cash. Staff is friendly; the main challenge with this store is its location--parking is always very, very, very difficult but this business isn't responsible for that.

I’ve been coming here since I moved here almost 2 years. My first time coming on the weekday and I got the rudest young lady attendant. It’s unfortunate that she made me so uncomfortable that I won’t be coming here again.

The staff at this place are weirdos and there is one girl in particular (with short curly hair) that is on some crazy power trip and I see plenty other reviews mention her rude attitude here as well. I moved to the area recently & have tried coming twice, BOTH times I was treated poorly immediately upon entering.I tried coming to wash a bigger piece that doesn't fit in my machine I have at home & first occasion I came just after 9:30pm and was immediately told "No more washes for the night. Last wash was at 9:30", which is fine but I thought there could've been a much nicer way of letting me know.This second time I just needed $5 in quarters & I saw other reviews here post their signage allowing neighbors to get change so thought it'd be nbd. As I'm getting change the girl comes over asking if I'm trying to wash & I said no. She went off on me telling me "well for future this machine here is only for customers". She then had the nerve to stand there right next to me with her arms crossed just watching me as my change dispensed, honestly this girl is clearly miserable and it shows! If they no longer allow this, there's no signage anywhere that says it's not allowed and again their delivery is so off. They act like they are doing YOU the biggest favor when you enter.I'd recommend SoCal Wash and Fold nearby instead. Staff there is super friendly, much larger/cleaner facility, and they are open 24 hours! No need to ever come here.

Excellent place to do laundry. Very tidy and hygienic. I needed help doing the laundry and Amanda was incredibly helpful in guiding me. Kudos to her! I would definitely like to visit again.

Ive been coming here for years to do my laundry and actually have several laundromats that are closer and I still choose to come here. I love that all their machines have the option to take cards vs just cash and a nice little patio to chill while you're waiting. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and keep the place tidy. Love my happy bubbles gals

This used to be our go to laundromat. It used to be super clean, floors mopped, machines wiped down and cleaned. Now, I can't remember the last time I've seen the floor mopped or the machines cleaned out. It gets dingier every time we go. At some point, there were ants in the soap dispenser of some of the machines. When I told the employee, she didn't even bother to go clean the machines out .What happened? I suspect it's under new management because I don't see the usual employees and the old owner there anymore. Most of the time I don't see anyone working there anymore. In any case, time to find another laundromat. If you are looking for a place to do your laundry, look elsewhere.
