Jason expand honestly, clearly and detail what they were going to do and that communication is what made me most comfortable with the process. “This place is fantastic. I e-mailed the shop with some questions and Eddie responded within 30 minutes with very helpful information. I was able to bring my car in the same day and my service was done before the estimated time. The best part - the shop went above and beyond and checked my tire pressure and reset my low tie pressure warning light without me needing to ask. All at no additional charge. When I got back in my car, they made sure it was clean and none of my settings (audio, seat position, etc.) were changed. Tip - if you can, buy your auto parts online and bring them in to save some money. I'll definitely return to Pinky's for my car's needs - A+.”

“I brought my 2015 VW Tiguan to Classic Collision for body work after an accident. Avedis Sakisyan was terrific in explaining what needed to be done, explaining the process, and overseeing the work. He texted us during each major step of the job letting us know their progress on our Tiguan.
