My Smart Car was there for weeks for a new roof. Roof continued to leak afterward. I spent over a grand to pass a smog test at the dealer, then the roof leaked again and the car is totaled. This was not the right roof, work is cheaply and slowly done. They wanted to charge my friend a huge amount for storage before she could straighten out her insurance. We just had negative experiences.

OMG!! They are truly the miracle workers!! My 2003 Toyota Camry's passenger side quarter panel was completely destroyed! Many friends said I should just junk the car, but no that car is my baby. I kid you not, their body work was EXCELLENT. They fixed everything and I must say my car looks brand new.U couldn't even tell the car had been damaged. Everyone at the shop is so friendly and makes you feel they genuinely care about you and your car. Special shout out to Lisa! (did you ever find that little lizard again - lol). I have a 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat that needed body work done on my front fenders and undercarriage. They did an incredible job and went above and beyond. Lisa was great to work with, she was so accomodating and very communicative throughout the whole process. I love these guys and would highly recommend them!

The best you will find! Not only is their work impeccable, but the incredible staff goes the extra mile to be kind and accommodating. ArmanCar worked hand in hand with my insurance adjuster to complete the extensive work my car needed in a timely manner and delivered a beautifully and perfectly restored car. My thermostat went out in my G-Wagon. They diagnosed and fixed. I felt very comfortable because they had standard cars and luxury cars like Rolls Royce and Porsche. Great service!!!!

i brought my mazda miata to armancar. Lisa was who i spoke to first and she could not be nicer!!!! the way people act these day with no social skills, this is one woman who is a cut above the rest. she was patient with me, she returned my calls and she got me the info i needed to proceed. i have to park my car on the street so many dings and hit in the same spot 5 times!! my convertible top was vandalized. OH MY GOD when i saw my car i cried! it looks beautiful! they detailed it and even delivered to me! i would recommend everyone go to Lisa for your body work even though yes they are in north hollywood but worth the drive!!! thank yoi so much for making my little girl brand new again!!!

Our car was hit by a rental car while parked in West Hollywood. I was referred to Arman Car by Norm (who is the salt of the earth), the mechanic next door to us. Lisa was extremely patient while the insurance company dragged their feet to get us a rental to use while our car was in the shop (which is ironic considering they are a car rental company). When we got the car back it looked brand new. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. Such a great experience.

The were very unethical. They charged exorbitant prices for car storage. Then they delayed us getting the car off our property so they could ask to be paid for more days. They were very rude both on the phone and when we came to get our possessions out of the car (which between Arman and Farmers was determined to be totally.
