I have had THE BEST experience that I have ever had with an auto shop at Vic's in Valley Center. From the first time I called and Mark answered until the last moment I had with Mark helping me, it was not only a good experience but was actually enjoyable. Mark explained everything to me with a smile everytime I went there and one day I went there 5 times. I was quite the problem child and he never made me feel like I was a bother. THANK YOU MARK AND VICS GARAGE!

We thought we were going to have to have our car towed into Vics auto repair shop , we got there just in time cause he was closing up shop but we needed to let him know that we were having our car towed to his shop he was real nice guy ,very polite he told us where to put the car ect.... Hours later we are still waiting for the tow truck, i told my husband to go try to start the car one more time...it started up , it was the alarm key under the dash he hit with his knee but didn't see the light blinking till it got dark at least I spent those four hours with my hunny.

Service was inexpensive, no doubt, but it took all day vs. The 1-2 hours they said it would because I needed to replace some other parts. But, I have a mystery dent in my bumper, and I KNOW I didn't do it. So,... anyway, the job was done eight and inexpensively, and the customer service was great until I noticed the dent.
