236 Deer Springs Rd, San Marcos“We got married here in April 2024! The venue is a bit strict on certain things
— only three types of liquor allowed, unable to access property until 11:30am which makes hair & makeup on-site impossible — but it is absolutely stunning. Our guests said it was the most beautiful venue they’d ever seen. Our coordinator Sage & wonderful bridal assistant Katie really pulled the details together. Their recommended vendor list was also fantastic! Thanks all!”

33691 Bailey Meadow Rd, Palomar Mountain“Bailey's on Palomar is outstanding. We had an excellent stay in Owl's Hallow (yurt) and will definitely be going back. The setting is great, the staff is friendly, and the accommodations are awesome.”
“Third time using this space for a meeting. Our group was in the Redel Room this time. They make the experience so simple it's wonderful. Various size rooms are available whereby you can show up and in no time at all be meeting and conducting business. Highly recommend.”
“Gorgeous wedding venue! The outdoor space was well maintained and whimsical. The old schoolhouse was a great location for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Same with the speakeasy vibe location for the groom and his groomsmen. An evening under a canopy and twinkle lights, what more could you ask for? Photos by Sandra Yvette Photography.”
9AM - 5PM
17224 San Pasqual Valley Rd, Escondido“It's a lovely property with lots of parking, and space to spread out. There are lots of shady picnic tables to hang out around and enjoy your wine. They are DOG and KID friendly, and usually there is a bouncy house set out front to keep the kiddos occupied. They even offer a super fun hayride tour of the property and vineyards. The service when you get through the (usually short) lines to the bar is super friendly, and how are the wines? Well, wine is a subjective thing, so some I love: like their Sangiovese, and some I hate: like their Rosé. That doesn't mean the rosé isn't wonderful, I just prefer a big red to a sweeter light wine. So you may have to get a couple of different tasting flights to find your favorites. But all their wines are well thought out, good quality, and worth the drive out to find them.”

“Cheryl who was there when I arrived was very friendly. The building is very nice and for an office space has lots of great amenities. Also it seems to have a really great vibe.”
“A nice Banquet Hall rental facility with a stage, full service Kitchen, Large Men's & Woman's Bathroom's, ample Parking with Handicapped parking. Nice quiet neighborhood off of Mission/ Rose..”
“Very cute place! We went for a retirement party. The room was large. Rustic looking. Cute barrel shaped bar area. Tables to sit outside. Nice and clean restrooms.”

16787 CA-76, Pauma Valley“We stayed here the other night. Funky place that our friends just love because they go back and forth from San Diego and Borrego Springs. Rooms are just ok and the place is rustic but the food is really good. It's a locals and kind of "in the know" type of place that adds to its charm.”
11AM - 5PM
340 N Escondido Blvd, Escondido“I've been visiting this center for music concerts for 3 years, and we used to look forward to the music concerts at this theater as the sound quality is way too good. Would like to point out two incidents that happened with the recent visit. Minutes before the start of the concert, we were asked to move to different seats to make room for waiting performers. They were looking for around 20 seats, which for sure should have been pre planned by the coordination staff and reserve seats accordingly. Those who came early to choose seats were forced to move out to a less option. The second thing was the most annoying part. The audience lacked show etiquette, and the whole back row, people were chatting and murmering so loud that it was totally spoiling the concert mood.”
“This is my favorite course I've played in California I think and that's 25 years of playing. Get out in the morning before the crowds and you will be treated to awesome sunrises, coyotes and pure greens. Seriously, these greens are better than a few "pga" courses I have played. The views, course, people and staff make Boulder oaks a absolute treat. Love this place and I'm serious, wake up and play a morning round!”
“Been going here for 50 years. Pleasant drive, nice location and store. The fudge itself is worth the drive. If you go in October, go early. It gets pretty nuts. Go when they have something else going on like craft fairs / art shows, etc. Remember, feed the animals!
Okay. Here is an update. I DID forget how crazy it is in October. I also forgot about the $10 parking charge. I won't do that again, and unless you have children or out-of-towners, neither should you. Go in the off season. Parking is free then, but don't expect to see any animals. They may be gone. The enclosures are gone as well. Bummer.”
