Service is good staff very nice but if service goes down when they are closed there is no tech support! no no on call? Really!aservice provider. MY BAD, I JUMPED THE GUN TECH SUPPORT IS ON THE WAY

Absolutely horrible! No reliable connection. Always a problem on Friday nights with no tech support during weekends. Would HIGHLY suggest any other options you have. Which I’ve done so recently after dealing with this for a couple year’s now.

If I could duplicate the customer service offered by Valley Center Wireless to other businesses, then I would be a happy camper. My family and I recently moved to Valley Center and our our mainstream service was delayed. Valley Center Wireless stepped in for us and got us internet service in fantastically fast order. The staff at their office and the tech who came to our home were all top notch. Great work and keep it up!

Very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented staff- both in the office and when they were in my home. So glad to have their help and advice- they know what they’re doing!! (And I sure don’t understand routers and satellites). I feel very lucky to have them as a local business! What an asset to the community!

Valley center wireless is decent but if you want really good wifi for a good price giga air is the best

I have had VC Wireless since 2017. Talk about great customer service!! If I ever had an issue, I was able to contact Vince Sedio usually after hours with a quick response and a resolution right away. Business’s like this is hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend them. You guys at VC Dub are just what this community needs. Thanks again.

I love how amazing their customer service is! Every single person that I talked to over the phone (David) was very nice and helpful. And the Tech (Garrett) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concern I had. I am a stickler about customer service and would just like to say how much I appreciate this in a company. Also... they have a 30 day money back guarantee so if the internet service isn't cutting it for you, you can cancel risk free.

My internet was not reliable throughout my home..had to go back yo my old internet provider...the service was excellent but this internet was not for me.
