Called in and spoke to Dave about bringing in a vintage Chevy that's been having steering issues. He told me he's been very busy lately and couldn't fit me in for repairs this week, but he assured me if it was just a steering problem, he could take a look at it and at least diagnose it if I brought it in at 10am the next day.The next day, I take the truck out with my fiancé behind me with hazard lights on to go to the shop. I have trouble locating the shop and when I call to confirm the location, Dave answered again but doesn't remember who I am. I refresh his memory and he tells me he's just too busy with a bunch of "things" and too much "stuff" on his plate so he can't look at the truck. He didn't try to actually schedule a time in the future to meet me, but he told me to "just keep trying, man".Needless to say, I don't like taking dangerous vehicles on the road just to have my time completely wasted. I hope Dave gets his "stuff" sorted out but I won't bother trying to come back.
