If you're looking for a prime example of what a human is capable of, just talk to Marco! That guy is patient, explanatory, known throughout the community, and helpful at every turn. Great place to get in shape, clean, and we'll maintained. Matter of fact, when I came in, I was balding and follicle challenged, but when I left, I was still balding, but felt great.

What a gift to have such a professionally operated weight training / fitness center just 5 minutes from our Valley Center home. From the ownership to the well trained, outgoing and hard working staff and trainers, this gym is exceptional!

Clean, family friendly neighborhood gym. New Owners took over June2020 put some TLC into the place by fixing things, adding stuff too, and give it a fresh new look. If you're looking to get away from the typical "cooperate" gyms where you're a quota rather then a customer, well this is the gym for you! I do believe fitness is Marco's (Owner) ministry and he loves helping people about his passion.

I signed up for a spin class when they were offering it for free on Facebook. I called to reserve my spot and Marco was very welcoming, offering me the information that I needed. After the first class I was very impressed. Everyone at the gym was so friendly. I signed on for a membership and wouldn't you know it, our clown of a Governor has restricted the gyms again! Ugh. Not to worry though, Marco has brought the spin class outdoors! Woohoo, it works. Eventually things will get back to normal. Thanks for thinking outside of the box so that all is not lost as we go through this pandemic.
