I asked for a blowout and the stylist seemed to not know how to brush or style curly hair. I went back up to my room and cried because my hair does not look like a blowout and is so dry and crispy feeling.

The spa experience I had at The Spa at Harrah’s was absolutely fantastic! My Masseuse, Lupé, was outstanding! Honestly, I’ve gotten a lot of massages in my life, and this might have been the best one yet. If you find yourself looking for a resort with a good spa experience, hands-down, I would suggest Harrah’s Rincon, and ask for Lupé! I would also like to give a shout-out to the Spa Attendant Millie, she was so accommodating and sweet.

Standing at the hotel counter in anticipation of extending my suite as a 7 star on a Tuesday. After waiting 4 hours the day before to move from the suite that wasn't fully cleaned. Finally moved yesterday only to find it moderately better. So I cleaned it myself and would prefer not to move to a smoking smaller suite. Is that really too much to ask?

the pool was not what we expected, sycuan lazy river and cabanas are way better , we rented a cabana for 500 and literally got nothing but cabana, sycuan gives you food and beverage credit. you have to bring your own tub for river our buy then for 40 each , sycuan are free !

Booked the two queens dive in with pool view. My first time getting a room with the pool view and it was beautiful! I had the balcony door open majority of the time. I like listening to the calm water and the activities thats going on below me. It was nice. I came mainly for the pool area, when we went down around 5ish. It was pretty packed at the under 21 area. It was still fun. They had a mini store next to it that sold snacks, sodas and floaties! Or you can bring your own and I planned on doing so in future visits. The downfall of that day was when their register machine went down and no one can't buy anything with their cards only cash but shortly after the store worker closed it down. I was getting hungry and tried to order some food from the 21 plus side but their kitchen closed at 1700 (5pm). Every where was carpeted so it's a challenge with hauling your luggage throughout the hotel side. The theme was jurassic dinosaur through the casino. It was pretty cool, I haven't seen that theme before. Definitely go visit the pool area if you ever stop by!

Lupe gives the best deep tissue /sport type massage ever! Definitely recommend requesting her if that’s what you’re looking for. The salt bath is my go-to before and after the massage. I sleep so well! Wish I lived closer to visit the spa more often.

This was our second trip to this casino.First, we visited Hells Kitchen with which, despite its price-tag on the high end, we were reasonably pleased. When they opened Salt and Fin, on December 19th, we decided to wait a few days to avoid the crowds. The first noticeable thing was a Thursday dinner time night, close to Xmas, empty restaurant. There was ONE table filled: ours!!Then came the real reason why:The calamari was at least a year old. Munchy, unpleasantly seasoned - did I say old? Mind you, this is a "seafood" restaurant. The waitress' explanation that an Ofrenio dude fishes -- and that the restauran cooks -- "local" fish from "local" pier - didn't seem particularly culinary since vox pupuli dictates that the piers . . .where city sewage lands. The beef tartare came in large, post haste cut of unseasoned meat coupled with stale, way-past-due-date tortilla dark-corn chips. Thus, I thought about making the tartare more palatable with bread or crackers instead. In their "run up the tab" efforts, they swiftly responded the only available was the tortila thing or cornbread-- so we ordered the latter. At the first bite, unmistakably one can tell the cornbread had been slammed from the freezer and into a microwave. The butter that accompanied it had a weird taste too.In sum, this "seafood" restaurant, and its chefs, are bound to disappoint you like you have NEVER BEEN BEFORE - guaranteed.

This was one of the worst resort experiences I've ever had. We stayed on Sunday 9/4/22 for my best friends birthday and they closed all the restaurants early. Not only that but they cut my cousin off and all the people behind her while she had already been waiting in line for one of the restaurants for about 30 minutes. Then we had to wait in line for about an hour and a half for the cafe restaurant (the only restaurant that was still open) while they catered to the diamond members and left the rest of us to wait and watch. Once we where actually seated the wait to get our food was ridiculously long. We sat and watched the poor waitress struggle to keep up. There just weren't enough servers for the amount of tables. Once we where done and on our way to our room we found Multiple people voicing their complaints in the elevator about having to go to bed hungry, it was crazy. I will most definitely never be coming back here again. But hey, at least the pool was fun and the drinks where good.
