Don’t bring your equipment here. I specifically requested to have them just look at the mower unit not the mower deck. They decided to do $290 worth of deck work that was not requested and did nothing about the mower itself. Will be filing a complaint with John Deere. FYI when they called me and told me the deck had issues and needed new blades I was told $60 would be what it was going to cost me.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing equipment.. Andy the sales manager refused to even come out and talk to us... All of the employees there were full Trumpers that were making derogatory comments about black people and women and when we try to explain it to Andy he refused to talk to us other than to say if you don't like it go elsewhere. All the trucks have F*** Joe Biden on them. Stay away.

This review is more about professional responsibility than anything. Evidently they were contracted by the state to clear some bushes and shrubs around my community. While they were clearing brush around the roadside their equipment damaged and partially destroyed my fence as well as my neighbors. I personally witnessed the damage that were taking place and pulled out my phone to take a video.Mistakes happen in all of our everyday lives. Certainly the whole situation was inconvenient, but I assumed that they would do the right thing. The video evidence was supplied to Powerland Equipment Inc and they denied all responsibility and refused to taking care of the damage to my property and my neighbors.Part of being a local business is being a responsible part of the community. The manner in which they handled this situation must be indicative of how they conduct all of their business. Their lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable. I certainly would not do business with them and would encourage everyone else to do the same..

Absolutely disgusting place, treat their customers terribly. Also do not believe their insurance is up to date as they don’t want to pay for damages they caused. 1 star is too high of a rating for these bozos.

I really wanted to like this place more due to it is local, what they have in stock is low and if you ask to order anything they forget to put it in computer to call you when it arrives, Also if you talk to multiple employees you get several different answers on the part you are looking for, I got run around 6 times for serial numbers on a fuel filter.

I recently purchased a brand new tractor from this company... I am completely dissatisfied with their service although friendly, the incompetence of these people are Unmeasurable.. the I-match attachment they installed for me needed to be taken back off and bolts moved up to its proper position. The front bucket did not come with the protective cutting edge, and when I had asked about it they told me it was extra. I asked them to order it for me and have still not heard back from them so I called and was told that they would call me..I ended up ordering it from RDO and asked if they had ever heard of this company, they replied yes after they were done laughing. The original salesman Andy had left to work at stotes equipment and for good reason he told me.The only thing that I can say good that came out of it all was that I ended up finally getting my brand new 4052R tractor . Of course it didn't come with the matching owners manual either but its a lesson learned...Incompetence with a smile....!

Worst service imaginable - well not quite - gator te worked when returned, otherwise imagine this - HUGE bill ($866) to replace one fuse. Customer service highly misleading inaccurate comments and promises. This is my second and last experience with them.

Was looking for a John Deere tractor, contacted Valley Center Dist. Spoke to a nice lady, she said she handled Govt. sales but would try to help me out. I needed a quote for a JD 2025R with various attachments. She was super nice gave me some pricing gave to her from the guy handling reg. Sales. She said he would call me. When I did not hear from him I called. He said he was in no hurry to contact me back since he did not have any of my model but had 2 on order. Did not know when they would come in one month , 2 months or never. I asked for a printed quote, he refused said he could not quote us on something he did not have. I stated I already was quoted by the lady by the way he was on the phone with her on a second line when she quoted me. He disputed the numbers she gave me. We them asked if he could check another store for stock he did not want to do that because once a dealer gets them they belong to that dealer. He was rude, unhelpful & arrogant. The good news is our tractor is being delivered this week from another JD dealer that brought it in from Utah for us. He was happy to quote us first then search for one. He was a pleasure to work with. Valley Center lost a $24,000 sale and gets a bad review. Hope he learned his lesson.

Turned lawnmower in for simple servicing in Valley Center, CA location. Customer "service" is unresponsive to phone calls as are other departments. This sad experience has been ongoing over a week since I turned in the 21" lawnmower. Terrible customer "service". Neglect is a terrible thing in the retail business. Will never recommend this business to anyone.
