They have done primarily mail order/courier delivery for me over the years. I was skeptical of them at first, but was pleasantly surprised. This is a good example of a customer-centric business! “Just got done switching all my prescriptions, I have 5 or 6, to El Norte from CVS on a recommendation from my wife. I had been picking up hers for about 6 months there with ZERO ISSUES. There's enough bad press about CVS that there is no need for me to jump on. The CVS at El Norte Parkway is drastically understaffed! When I go in to pick up scrips at El Norte, they know my name! It's a small shop, not open 24 hours or weekends but the good outweighs this inconvenience at a dramatic level.”

“Wow... I had been getting my Rxs from Costco for 20 years but recently getting my most important Rx had been an issue. As a last resort I checked this Walmart pharmacy, they had it, they were able to get me a 60 day supply, all they had, process my manufacturer coupon, something Costco had failed at repeatedly and save me $$, the attendant was very friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable, something I was not used at that store.”

Love getting my vaccinations here versus the other chain pharmacies. When you make an appointment, they have enough staff so they can do the service in a timely manner.
Quit those big chains and step into this location!”
“I'm a fan of Rite Aid in general, but I usually go to the one in Chino Hills. Since I was on vacay at home, I needed to come in here to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy staff were, like in Chino Hills, top-notch. I called and explained my weird situation and the person on the phone was very helpful and let me know exactly how she was going to assist me. The following day I was contacted to let me know my prescription had arrived and when I picked up from another pharmacy employee, she was just as helpful and friendly. Excellent experience! After that, I realized I needed a few products. The store was neat and it was easy to find what I needed and checking out, the cashier was also friendly and professional. Overall, this is a great location and I would return and recommend for your pharmacy needs, Health & Beauty products, or snacks! They seem to have a little bit of everything!”

Oscar went back and forth between English and Spanish without skipping a beat. And even helped me download the CVS app. So I could use my extra care rewards. Oscar is a multi tasking, great customer service, individual.”
“Costco Pharmacy is always an easy, efficient transaction. I love their texting with reminders and refill time. When I have called, the Pharmacist has always been pleasant. When I've gotten vaccines they have been no big deal. The cashier staff is always pleasant as well.”

“I used community pharmacy the 15 years I lived up in Valley center. Always great service.. moved back to Escondido and switched to Escondido pharmacy.. sadly they went out of business. They switched my prescriptions to savons and I do not like big pharmacies!! So I switched back to community pharmacy.. love the new location and as always great customer service!!”
