Arturo was very friendly, his price was reasonable, and he fixed it in a few days. A month or so later, my fiancé and I bought simple wedding bands, and wanted to get a verse engraved on the inside. I called Arturo and he said he could do it! Sure enough less than a week later I picked up both rings, perfectly engraved, and again for a very reasonable price.
