Great experience moving in, Vicki was awesome and accommodating all questions were answered made my family feel comfortable. Facilities were very clean and well kept. Building is climate controlled which is a great bonus!

I'm a disabled veteran who moved out of storage garage on the first of the year I moved out because I couldn't afford it no one was there so I left a note saying I'm sorry I had to leave some things in there but you can keep the deposit and the cylinder lock I left the key in that cost me $25. Because as I explained to her I don't have a vehicle and I moved out of county. And I offered to come down there from Riverside to throw the things in the dumpster for her but that's the best I can do without a vehicle. And instead of just putting the stuff in the dumpster keeping the deposit she's threatening me trying to charge me for another month and bothering my family. I'm not sure how this woman or this business stays in business but my advice is don't ever go there

Outstanding service. Outstanding people. Outstanding facility. We've been here for about three years and if hadn't moved to Oregon we would be there still. Everybody there is just great. Couldn't recommend Greens Storage in Valley Center high enough.

I have been renting a storage unit and U-Haul trucks from the Valley Center location since February and had positive experiences for the most part until today. Wit all's is absolutely the rudest, most confrontational person that I have ever encountered in a customer service position. I highly recommend that you look at other options in the area.

Went there to rent a storage unit and spoke to Nichole, she was very nice and knowledgeable. She help me/us out tremendously, I want to thank you Nichole for being a nice person & taking the time explain the different options available. This place is very nicely taken care of, and the units are well lit, also she informed us they have Uhauls available to rent. Two thumbs up for Nichole, thank you once again!

Valinda, Tyra, and Neil have been a blessing to work with. Valinda has dealt with me for many years, and for that, she should be given some sort of metal. After having a lot of problems with my local post office, I was able to rent a mailbox from them. I've already have a storage unit with them for many years, so it was an easy transition. I just want to say thank you, and I appreciate each of you so much, for always going the extra mile to help me out. Life is very difficult, and a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

If you need a storage unit or mailbox look no further! The staff is 100% amazing, very friendly!! Felt like a family. Saskia and Valinda are a great duo and took such great care of us. The area is super clean and well maintained. Prices are very reasonable. So happy I found Green Storage!

Clean, well maintained and very professionally operated. I have had 3 different units with them over the last few years. I recommend an inside unit if you can get one, rather than one with the door that opens to the outside, because your stuff will stay cleaner and cooler during our hot Valley Center summers.
