“I have an older Tacoma work truck, that I could not pinpoint the issue on, I reached out to T.O.E and was connected efficiently to “Pat” who made room for me in his schedule and immediately and thoroughly explored the issue, the team there had my vehicle in the following morning and in one day replaced the timing belt and traced the problem i was facing to a sensor…the y replaced both and i was back on the road ready to work the following morning at 7 am. Solid experience…Very grateful for the digital communication and the personal care exhibited by Pat and the whole team…Thank you!”
“I never knew this rental place existed! They worked with my collision center to secure me a vehicle while my car was being worked on Yensenia and Tom were amazing! Helped me from beginning to end. I needed a car last minute and not only did he accommodate me he had me picked up via shuttle and when I arrived I was in and out in 10 minutes. The car runs great and the price is fantastic! I’ve been using the rental about 6 weeks and it’s been hassle free the entire time.

“Reserved a Toyota mid-size. Ended up with a Nissan AWD Rogue SUV for $10 more. Car had 2000 miles and ran like a top. My daughter had to Google how to put it in reverse (little button on the side of the shift knob - also used for Park) lol. Great MPG. Josh was very nice.”
“Excellent service especially from Joseph. Would rent from them again. I also appreciate the clean interior and exterior of the cars.
Sometimes they are understaffed and it seems they are always busy with customers, so you might have to wait for service. I think the management should hire more employees, give their employees good compensation, and add more cars to the inventory because they have SO many customers calling in and coming in-person.”
“Had to resort to a rental due to an accident which left my car totaled. I made a reservation online and paid in store. The prices are competitive and they offer discounts for returning customers. I'm not great with remembering names but the gentleman who helped me was great and the whole process was quick and convenient. Would recommend to anyone needing a rental!”
“When traveling via car I always try to make a point to rent from Avis. Luckily they usually have the cheapest options as well. Michael is a legend. He's very friendly and takes care of his loyal customers. Only issue I've ever had is one evening they ran out of cars, but they were able to forward our reservation with another car rental company for the same prices”

“Rent a van about 10 times a year, and have never had a problem. Sure they get busy and you might have to wait a little bit, but every business gets busy. Very accommodating and will set up a ride to get me home.

“Incredible customer service. Tarek was very helpful and willing to work within my budget for the repairs, but also provided detailed info about how much the job would realistically cost. Very easy to get ahold of, he answered every question that I had, and there were no delays in the length of service. My car looks like nothing ever happened, in fact, it looks better than it did before the damage. Would highly recommend their service!”
