Gary replaced the screen on my Pixel 6 pro. The replacement screen ended up being defective, with a large vertical line through it. I got a new screen, and Gary swapped out the defective screen at no extra cost, even dropping by my house to pick up and drop off the phone. Go with Gary! He's quick, good at what he does, and a really nice guy on top of it all.

Excellent, professional and extremely friendly service. I had dropped my iPhone which is essential for my business around 8pm and the screen was no longer working. Every repair shop was closed but was very fortunate that Wireless Options provides 24hr on call and onsite service. They arrived within 15 minutes, replaced the screen within less than 20 minutes without me even having to leave house. I would highly recommend!

Same day service. He replaced my iPhone SE screen. Took 30mins or so. Touchid still works and screen functions and looks identical to the original (minus the cracks of course ?)

Gary came to my place of work almost a decade ago to repair my broken screen and was fantastic. Not only are his services affordable, he is respectful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.A few weeks ago, a coworker of mine was having an issue with her phone, and because of the impression he made all those years ago, I immediately recommended him. He assisted her over the phone, quickly diagnosing the problem and it was resolved in seconds.He will always be my go-to for cell phone repair and I will recommend him to anyone in need of cell phone repair in the future!

Man, definitely recommend Gary!!! He fixed my daughters broken screen and changed out the old battery for a new. Saved me money on buying a whole new iPad. Didn't think I would be able to change a new battery and fix a screen for the price he quoted me. Would go back to him for any of my households devices. He's honest and always kept me updated on what was going on with my iPad. Appreciate his time! Now my daughter is happy as ever :)

June 2nd was my birthday I blacked out and cracked my screen and my then screen went black. So kind of Gary for responding to me quick and having an appointment for the next day even went to pick up a screen for my iPhone 11 and got it done in under 30 mins! Definitely will be coming back if it happens again . Thank you Gary for the wonderful customer service as well!
