Anabel is a wonderful banker here. She helped me open a new account, was very patient with my kids, and even went the extra mile to help correct a problem with my address on another application. She explained the disclosures accurately and even got on the phone to advocate for me. She was with us for an hour, displaying nothing but professionalism and patience. She was very understanding of our time constraints and expressed empathy.

I have had nothing but great experiences with thus branch and if I need service with Wells Fargo, it's the only place I come. Two different tellers I've worked with were very kind, courteous and helpful. Thank you!

I hate this bank. Every transaction takes 30 minutes. I swear every time I come here everybody is applying for a loan with the teller. I just want to cash my check and by the time I get to the teller the place I need to go will be closed. I'm not the smartest person but maybe they should have the person in the office that's on their phone maybe do loans. This really makes me want to leave Wells Fargo and go with my credit union only. At least have a express clerk. It's worth it to just pay the $30 fee at a check cashing place than go here

HORRIBLE!!!! Since the whole coronavirus nonsense has been around they use only 2 out of the 5 windows, you will spend more than 25 mins to get to a teller, they have alllll of their employees, I've counted about 9, just standing there doing NOTHING & mind you they ONLY USE 2 window but have all those workers!!! The managers are useless & they do nothing to help the old folks standing in the line waiting forever to get out of there fast enough! I'm Saturday's they only open for 2 hours for them to let you know it'll be a 45 min inside, that's NOT including the wait you have to wait outside to get inside and by time you get up to the front of the line they are closing and tell you sorry we can't help ya. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! If they have 9 people standing around help more people out, especially the elderly, to get out faster! We do not stand around getting paid like your employees!!!!!

Wow.... wow... wow!! I just want to show you the face of an employee that not only hates her job... but hates the community she works in. If she is still alive I would definitely do a drug test on her. The trash coming out of her mouth on Social Media is very unprofessional. For her to vent her feelings online is one thing but to announce the company she works for is very unprofessional in it's own considering her vent had nothing to do with Wells Fargo. If you as a company condone behavior like such I will NEVER consider Wells Fargo for a financial institute!! I'm a small business owner and seeing her actions makes me appreciate that I own and operate on my own. An employee as such would be a definite embarrassment!!

This branch of Wells Fargo Bank is by far the BEST, HANDS DOWN. All of the teller's are FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL, the Personal Bankers are the same.

Sent my wife to put money into the account. The lady didn't want to help My wife even after I was on the phone with wife wile she she was at the bank. My wife is vietnamese and yes her English isn't the best. But I was on the phone and my wife took my check book and had my account number for them and they still didn't even check to see if Wife was on the account to even help. Worst service I have ever had for my family. I will tell you all to skip this branch and live to another! I am even tempted to switch banks over this! Very bad service and my wife even says the lady's face didn't look to have any concern to even help my wife. I will be coming by to speak with branch manager and I'll make my decision to switch them!

Do not ever go here for any lending needs like mortgage loan and stuff if you don't want to end up getting screwed. It's been seven weeks and still freaking waiting to close our escrow due to their agent's lack of performance particulary a person name Ben. So never ever go here for your lending needs or you will be screwed. Telling you this base on own experience.

I have been here twice and both times was lucky enough to the same teller. I didn't get her name, but she was sitting on the end and had very large gold hoop earrings. She was so polite and professional. I walked up to her window, and she was experiencing some "technical difficulties", she and her manager quickly moved me to the next teller where I was helped. It required some patience on my part, not much and it wasn't her fault. As she referred me to the next teller, she thanked me for my patience and my positive energy. This young lady is a gem and is all about customer service. I am so sorry I didn't notice her name to acknowledge her properly. I do appreciate the customer service AND the positive energy she gave me.

To day I went in to cash my check and then put the cash into my savings and checking account that way the cas is available right away the manager in charge Joan said I couldn't do that my account couldn't back that up I told her to look at my account I always do this and never has insufficient funds to my account and the other bank managers let me do this since I have a good record. She didn't care and was very rude I will never go back to this branch ever again and I recommend every body to go to the tennisse branch for better service
