Very clean, proficient laundromat. Its nice not to have to compete with large families, just regular working sorts. Rules which keep the creepy sorts at a distance. Yah. OK prices. Newer machines. Cards only.

Very clean! The washers were great! But it was like the slots in Vegas with the dryers! SAME dryer, SAME setting; your clothes may come out hot, damp or wet. Luck of the draw! And all I got from the attendant was “Sorry! Sorry!” I won’t be going back.

Had half a load to dry...25 minutes later...still wet. Waist of time and money. Will NEVER go there again. And...they have that stupid buy a card scam instead of a quarter machine costing even more for the BS card.

I am glad no children!! Whomever was going to bring 5 children in there was NUTS. The job's not hard enough? I hate kids anyway. 5 brats running around? Don't afflict us!Yes,get a sitter!

We found ourselves in need of a laundromat due to our home washer dying on us. We have used a laundromat before, in Benicia (where we live), but it was closed today. To our happy surprise, we found Vallejo Wash N Dry online and based on reviews, decided to give it a try. We are so happy we did! What a great facility. It is clean, well-lit, with fully stocked vending machines of all your washing needs, and beautiful new Dexter Commercial washer and dryers...in 2 sizes to accommodate even the largest loads. But that is not even the best part. Carol Lynn, the on-site Attendant, is AWESOME! She was kind, attentive, gracious and had the best sense of humor. The only thing that outweighed all these qualities, is her work ethic and love for her job. My goodness...just a ray of sunshine because, let's be honest, who really likes doing laundry!! So next time you're in need of a laundromat, check them out. You won't be disappointed!

I've been coming here for years. Before the new owner came it wasn't so good. Machines were broken and not being fixed. But when the new owner took over he completely revamped the place. All brand new machines. I can pay with my phone. The place always looks amazing. They have a/c for hot days. I actually enjoy coming here now. The owner himself is super friendly and his staff is great

We had the nicest woman help us. It was our first time there and we were at a loss. She guided us on how to use washers correctly. Not to use too much soap how to load correctly. I don't know her name but she was from Alabama and retiring soon. They will sure loose a valued employee when she's gone. Such a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Wash And Go. So clean!

Overall, a nice, clean compact laundromat. They have FasCard as a payment option which is always nice. I came by on a Sunday around 2pm and it wasn't quite busy. A lot of machines were available. The only weird thing that happened to me was being stared down by the attendant as she passed by me. I was having a hard time seeing if the "detergent" area had a max fill line so I was on my tippy toes trying to get a better look inside the machine. When I stopped and began to start the machines the attendant walked passed me and I felt like I got the death stare. I did read the Google reviews and I can see where those peeps are coming from but other than that a good location to wash.

Yes the machines were great and it got the job done. It was very dirty though I at least like to go where it's clean. The guy that was working was doing absolutely nothing. There was piles of dryer sheets laying around and it just looked dirty.

I really like this place. Payment is super easy, and there's even an app or you can use your debit/credit card. The attendants are really nice and helpful. I showed up two hours before close with four loads and wasn't turned away. Will keep going here as long as I live this way!

Vallejo Wash & Dry is a good spot to do laundry. It's very clean and has good working machines and dryers. There are cash and digital ways to pay for your laundry which is a major plus. I like those options. The Dexter Pay app worked great for me. Easy to use with Apple Pay. The staff is very attentive and friendly as well.
