I tried to exchange some faulty products I purchased at Walmart. They clearly were aware of the faulty goods and still refused to issue a refund. Make sure you watch what you buy because clearly they could care less. They will never get me to purchase any deodorant again. It was probably as old as me. Once I got home and tried to use it I found out. Be careful!

This store has the worst service I use Walmart+ for deliveries and they always pack stuff in a mess two over stuffed bags one with cleaning spray in it that leaked everywhere while the other bags have 1-4 smaller items plenty of room to spread it out and why not put the chemical by itself I can't even talk to anyone with any authority wait nearly ten minutes to speak to the "store operator" (who isn't operating anything) for her to not listen and transfer me to someone I told her i already spoke to instead of relaying a message to a manger and wouldn't answer the phone again someone else can take my money for subscription and groceries so done with all the problems groceries just packed any kind of way

To the "Manager" Cheryl, discriminating a customer that yes is homeless for less than a month, with a resume that obviously by the way you were " suspicious" I left my bags up front? Wow.. I did that out of respect so yall don't think I'm going to steal. When really several people that are banned from the store for actually stealing were there and.. probably there stealing again. But no your expert managerial judgement is to follow and tell them to get out of my store because I left my bags up front. No wonder you don't run a store yourself.

They close self checkout at 8pm a whole TWO HOURS before the store closes which would be fine IF they had cashiers but they don't. They have 3 cashiers in a packed store and lines are down the aisles. This Walmart sucks. And watch out if you need one of the locked up items you could wait up to ten minutes for a worker to show up.

Customer service isn't that great at this location. Also area is a little bit sketch. It's a smaller footprint store, it's very limited on product that they carry.
