Would select no stars if possible. First issue I had with them was waiting nearly an hour to speak with pharmacist so I could pick up pain medication because they felt I had been prescribed pain medication too frequently (it was literally ibuprofen so nothing high risk). Whatever, I moved past that and still used them as my pharmacy of choice. Fast forward a few weeks to yesterday, i received a notification from the Walmart app that my prescription had been delayed and to call for further explanation. I called and when I spoke to the pharmacist I was told the reasoning was stock and that they would be able to let me know by the end of the day if it was possible to still pick it up. No problem, so I called the Walgreens on redwood (would highly recommend, far more professional) and they said they had the medication that Walmart lacked. After that I called my psychiatrist's office to transfer the prescription and was told that it wasn't a stock issue, it was actually due to the fact that the pharmacist on duty (who I spoke to) flagged the medication (a controlled substance) because it'd been prescribed via telehealth services. She told this to the secretary and neglected to tell me, the actual patient, Her lie cost me a lapse in my medication but I was able to have the secretary transfer my prescription over to Walgreens. Unfortunately, Walgreens reached out this morning because despite me cancelling my prescription with Walmart the day before, it still hadn't actually been cancelled and they'd already sent in an insurance claim so my insurance denied Walgreen's request to fill my prescription. I called in and the pharmacy tech told me that she'd cancel it and to call Walgreens and call her right back if there were any issues. Well I called Walgreens and they said it still hadn't been cancelled so I called her back only to find out that she didn't even have the power to cancel it, she still had to wait and ask the pharmacist. She then said she had to wait until 10 until the pharmacist came and then went back and said she'd ask now. Now I'm waiting for the issue to be resolved and again, still do not have the medication I need to effectively function on a daily basis. Their staff clearly has a problem with lying in order to avoid actually solving issues with patients and I would avoid going to this pharmacy because it's evident there's a lack of empathy and passion in what they do there.

I love Walmart and I love the people that work there everybody is family there to me the workers are courteous, kind, helpful they have patience for you if you need anything just ask. I went in there a couple days ago and I didn't have enough money for my stuff I was like $2.50 short and the cashier came around and slid her debit card for me. That's just an example of how nice they are in there.

I have called 4 times on behalf of one prescription, which my doctor faxed over more than 1 week ago. They will not help call the doctor sooooo I called the doctor twice who confirmed it was in fact sent over. Lazy, rude and no help from these folks. I suggest the pharmacy in American Canyon they are 1000x more helpful.

The staff are as helpful and caring as I could expect. The are nothing short from perfection.. There meds availability is questionable, I do have to go through dome loops, but Im sure its not their fault..

Considering all the fires, the COVID situation, and the fact that it was a 3 day weekend makes this pharmacy one of the worst places to fill prescriptions. For one, I've been coming since they opened up, they know I have asthma and that I regularly come in for my inhalers. My prescriptions ran out but the manager was very rude in telling me they are only able to emergency refill pills and that I should go to the hospital. All I needed was an albuterol inhaler, but they treat me like I'm some pill head who's trying to get high.. I've been dealing with Walmart pharmacy for a long time and to deny a simple inhaler is ridiculous especially considering the times that we are in. I'm just trying to breathe and I don't have the time to go to the hospital just to get a refill and a treatment when all they have to do is refill the inhaler. It's a 3 day weekend and my doctor is closed until Tuesday and it's Saturday. I have to wait, or find a family member that has a extra inhaler.. Not to mention the manager cursed at me, apparently no one understands what it's like to have asthma and not be able to breathe properly. I'm a 30 year old man, I think I know when I need my inhaler. Smh Walmart pharmacy, I'm going elsewhere.

The Walmart Pharmacy was so helpful. I came to visit from up by Canada and ran out of two of my medications. I took my empty bottles and my insurance card to them and a lovely young lady named Samantha took care of everything and my prescription was filled in one day, as they had to order one of them. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.
