The store has dropped severely in quality. They always say they’re hiring but when you apply and call suddenly the positions are filled. I went in person and was told directly from the manager that they were hiring. I applied and magically they’re filled again. I wouldn’t trust the employees or the manager Kadeisha. She has no idea what she’s doing and overall is just unprofessional. It shows in all of the employees demeanor’s, customer service and with how the store looks. The pharmacy is ok if you can get past their attitudes. If you are seeking work look elsewhere because they’re not serious about anything. The manager spews pretty words but they’re really just lies. Kadeisha detailed that none of her employees want to work and are always calling out, which is what prompted me to apply but it’s very apparent that they have an internal issue.

If zero was an option that's what they would earn. The worst service, the worst pharmacists, thee worst attitudes. Always leaving there with my frustration on 10 ?

Don't go to this place. I went to get my sons prescription for his ear infection I came at 9 am they told me his prescription won't be ready until 11:45 AM. I get there at 12:30 and my sons prescription still isn't ready waited an additional 25 minutes for the prescription to actually be filled.I should of just had the prescription sent to American Canyon like I usually do. Go there instead!

I visited the store today to process returns from Levis with FedEx which directed me to bring the box and QR code and a label will be printed for me. Upon presenting the QR code to the employee, they snapped and said “bring your return label, we don’t do QR codes here”. The employee was rude and beyond disrespectful when she started talking to another associate “I thought I worked here, I am telling her, I finna keep repeating myself”. I told her that I understood at once that I need to bring my return label but what I read is “Present QR code and associate will print the label” to which she said “we aint got no printer here”. First off, this young black lady could have lead the interaction with that vital information. Most importantly, she needs to learn how to communicate “effectively” without the gangsta twist because not everyone is about that hood life. I cannot have compassion for a person who has no regard of civility towards people who are just asking a simple question.

Walgreens is Walgreens. You get what you need and go. They usually have everything I need and the staff usually keep the line moving and are willing to help if need be.

Today is 2.11.2023 and I was to get my Covid Booster here at the pharmacy. The guy was not able to operate the cash register to perform the task. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes I was finally handed a receipt. I waited another 15 minutes for the Asian woman that administered the shot to wash her hands. When I asked how long it would be before I got the shot she informed me that she needed to wash her hands and it would take longer if I gave her attitude. After giving it a second thought, I decided that I would not want this person putting a needle in my arm and walked out.HAVE YOUR MEDS DELIVERED AND NEVER GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF VACCINATION. PHARMACIES ARE NOT THE WAY TO GO. ESPECIALLY THIS PAHARMACY

It's clean but after making me walk all the way to the back to get Tylenol PM, they were all locked up and there was NO Customer Service anywhere nearby. The worse part was that a Salesperson sent me way back there after dialysis?!

I called & asked for someone to check for a Roblox card. She said she believed it was on isle 13. I asked her to please check to see if they anymore in stock. She then placed me on hold & shortly after the phone hung up. I called back numerous times & after getting thru the recording over & over she kept hanging up. Such a waste of time & horrible service. I rather deal with Walmart.

Horrible customer service at their pharmacy and store. Stood there for 15 minutes while the employees gossiped about other customers. I wandered around the store aimlessly looking for help with no luck.

So this pharmacy is always understaffed. This is not the pharmacy's problem it is the corporate district manager the Store managers problem. They are ones that set up how many hours the store is supposed to have and how many hours the pharmacy is supposed to have the coverage is terrible. Plus some of the employees are not trained properly. Today on a simple visit through the drive-through I was there probably 15 minutes it is 80° outside and there are cars lined up behind me while my car is running and they are sitting in the sun I asked the girl African-American do you ship to our homes? Meaning does a product come through the mail if we would like that service she said lol let me go check five minutes later she comes back in a small pharmacy I don't know what she was doing and how she was saying I looked at her I told her I said I need to look online she goes yeah I got brilliant. We're all waiting here in the sun you are supposed to be trained on the simple basic things if I was a secret shopper your store manager would've just got an F. I think they could be a little more consistent have a one or two more people in the pharmacy and getting a reputation as a efficient reliable smooth transaction pharmacy rather than erratic untrained understaffed and who suffers the customer that is bringing you money for your paycheck and the corporations greed.

I went in with a list and came home with nothing! Wow no shopping carts or baskets in the front but I decided to go into the store and try to gather the list of things my wife needed for her head cold. I went over to the cold remedies section and all the DayQuil and NyQuil was locked up , meaning I would need a clerk to get a simple over the counter drug . I threw up my hands and left not buying anything. Our local Walgreens can now be officially classified as Ghetto

There's a saying "you get what you pay for" and that's certainly true with this Walgreens. My granddaughter had a croup cough so I had her tested. The results took five days. When I realized how long it was going to take I paid to get a test and got the results back within an hour. My daughter and I weren't going to expose our co-workers so had we waited on Walgreens to get the results back we'd have each lost three days pay. A five day wait for test results is unacceptable. You get what you pay for I guess.

Pharmacy was not open at 8:00am - the posted time. I needed to pick up a prescription for my wife since she is unable to do so herself. Finally, at 8:07, the pharmacists arrived. They didn't open the pharmacy until 8:15. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars.

Slow AF. The car in front of me had been sitting at the window for 20mins. Not sure if they are asking them the meaning of life or a quadratic equation.
