We bought in Roseville, but live in Vallejo. We've had the car serviced twice now in Vallejo. The service staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

DO NOT BRING IN HYBRID IF IT IS A HYBRID ISSUEWe towed in our hybrid and were told 1-4 hours; after six days, we still have no idea when the car will be fixed. The communication is awful; they say they'll call you back but never do. They don't have an EV technician, so why they even allow hybrids to be brought in is a mystery and something we didn't know until four days after we dropped the car. No rentals were available, so we are paying out of pocket for one; overall, I am incredibly disappointed that a place like this is even allowed to exist. If you can't fix the car, that's fine, but don't say 1-4 hours and never communicate. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This dealership is not to be trusted.I have never been avoided and lied to like this by any other company. Their customer service is appallingly bad and I have contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair to investigate.My well-maintained 2012 Hyundai Tucson (with only 88,000 miles) engine failed while driving and it was taken to Vallejo Hyundai for diagnosis at the beginning of October.When I called in to find out the extent of the repair I was told I would get a call back the next day. This happened repeatedly with profuse apologies and no callbacks. At the beginning of November i went to the dealership and spoke with Kelby Chao the service manager who told me my car was parked at another dealership. I asked to see it to assure myself that I still had a car.Kelby finally told me that the engine had failed due to manufacturer's error. He said that so many Hyundai engines have failed they are having problems getting engines and that my car would be the 11th in line and would not be ready until the end of November.He also said Hyundai have extended their warranty and that he would confirm that my car would be covered and call me back. No documented agreement was provided nor an offer for rental. He never called back.I called Kelby today, the end of November and he said he had not even looked into my engine claim with Hyundai much less replaced the engine. He told me he would contact me the next day. Let's see ????

I wish I could give 0 stars. First and foremost, this dealership has the worst communication when it comes to your vehicle. My engine had a recall and a big service was needed for my vehicle obviously. I had to call up there at least 3 times before I could reach someone to see what's going on with my car after almost 3 weeks with no word. Then when I decided to switch my car to the Vacaville location because I feel I'm getting nowhere with the Vallejo location, AAA tows my vehicle and I'm present for this matter. I go into my trunk to get my niece's softball equipment that she needs and it is GONE along with my Adidas duffel bag that had my son's baseball equipment. Not only did they not have any reason to go into my trunk, they stole children's baseball and softball equipment that cost a lot of money. My husband's baseball glove and my softball glove was also in there so there's sentimental value to it as well. Do NOT go here!!! You cannot trust them!!!!!! Then when I'm trying to reconcile and be compensated for my niece's and son's equipment, the GM was no longer working there and got fired. Something's fishy and you better listen or your stuff will be gone too.

Made is an amazing deal on a new e car . Worth going to Vallejo for .I don't remember the names of anybody that helped us but we had a little issue with him getting a cosign for Check and they were really Patient why we waited for a family member to come into town.

Beware of its Service Dept. It tried to trick its customer. It falsified its written work statement on a work that wasn't actually performed. So disappointed.

You will never receive better service than you do at Vallejo Hyundai! Fadi, King, and Justin treated me with such respect and kindness. This new Kona was a big purchase for me and it could not have gone smoother. If you're in the market for a new or used Hyundai, please visit Vallejo Hyundai and ask for Fadi, King, or Justin!

Just upgraded my 2020 Elantra to a '22 Tucson. The process was a bit extensive (almost a month), as I wanted to make sure everything was to my liking as far as car payments, size, etc. King & Gary were both excellent at staying persistent, communicating & advocating for me to get everything I wanted. Once I settled on which car I would go with, it took about a week for everything to follow through. I am so happy with my purchase & I hope it remains that way. I'll be back with an update.

Tom, in the service department, is a top notch professional. We had a minor issue and he was helpful, communicative, and made sure we were satisfied.Almost a year after our purchase and the service we received on our Hyundai matches what we were promised when we purchased the car.We couldn't be happier with the car and the management (LaQuan), sales (King) and service (Tom) team.

Terrible experience. They tell you what you want to hear, then if they can't make a deal, instead of following up with the customer, they treat you like you're a stranger. Got promised follow-up calls and kept getting the run around. Then I finally get an answer. Well, I've had numerous people ask me about where to go for car buying, I will tell them to go anywhere BUT here. Terrible staff and even worse management. Definitely should be 0 Stars
