Don’t rent here unless you want to see drug deals when you arrive home and leave the location. Just visiting friends on-site and you see abandoned vehicles and homeless living right outside the Valencia driveway. When several of the tenants complain to office they don’t want to take time to help them feel safe entering and leaving the property. The office says you call! Why can’t they help, as a resident you can’t feel safe with this shenanigans in front of property entrance. The office doesn’t care about the people’s safety and doesn’t want to work any extra! Shame on them?and so sad for the residents.

My mother has been a resident at Valencia Terrace, Corona, CA for several years. The climate there in Southern California is wonderful, the grounds are so pleasant, and the staff is top notch. They have movies, music, games, and a pool. Her favorite activities are the brunches and barbecues.

Everytime I called the office nobody answer the phone, even leaving a message is useless. I will find out the corporate contact I will report them.
