This branch sucks. Avoid this office if you can. Christina and Sandy especially. The branch manager is never in the office. Maybe having coffee and donuts instead of assisting customers. US Bank should close this office instead. The employees are useless.

I closed 2 accounts because I never seen a bank charge so many fees then I get a letter that I owe interest on one of the accounts so I go down to the bank and pay it.Then another month goes by and another letter say I owe more interest I go down and they said they would look in to it and call me back next day week goes by no call I call them they say my account balance is zero .So I get a letter that says I never paid what I owe them and they are sending this to my credit score. I call the main office to find out I owe more interest on a account plus late fee . I have to pay late fee and my credit is bad because the tellers don't know what they are doing never go to this bank again!

Take your banking needs elsewhere! I opened an account with US Bank and was asked to get verified in person even after getting verified, the account was closed. Fast forward several months and I have yet to receive my funds!

My account was closed and nobody seems to know where the funds went. I was asked to go to this local branch and they are always so busy they have no time to take care of their customers. two plus months later and I still dont have my money. I would suggest that you take your banking needs else where.

Two visits here since our bank (Union Bank) was taken over and both times service was quick and friendly ☺️ hadn't been here since 2017 but my wife recognized a teller right away! Reading the other reviews makes me consider doing online banking in the future ?

Tried to open a MM fund. Was told I needed a appointment. Came back the next day sign in the window system down nation wide. Came back the next day same thing. I took my $125,000 and opened a CIT bank on line savings at 4.85% took 10 minutes. Sent the money on Friday and was good to go on Monday.

When I come inside the branch and even if it is not busy no one looks up or continue conversation with theirco-workers.or some other task before they have time for you.My account was compromised bysomeone. So did anyone from US Bank text me or email me immediately? No they did it through the mail!!! I find out when I go to use my card and THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!! I'm the one that wasthe victim. Instead they make it clearthat I must be culpable for causing fraud in my own account!!!??They did not lose any money nor did I yet this is how I am treated.Long story but they really created a mess for me. So they close my account and don't give me the money still in my account including my monthly social security check.This is the most inept organization I have ever dealt with. Deplorable polocies. No customer service at all.Worse bank ever. I've been using banks for personal and business for over 50 years. This place does not deserve anyone's business.

I have talked to more than one employee at this bank they do not listen to anything you say or understand what your wants or knees are in the situation that you're in I think if you're not gonna listen to the needs of potential customers then go do something else for a living

I'm being VERY generous With giving three stars when I came in there were only two tellers at a window and the line was tremendously long so I left and came back,the second time I came in to the branch they only had one teller the only reason I am giving three stars is because of the security guard she is very sweet opens doors for the elderly and helps people out a lot she's probably the reason the branch hasn't went to shits because even other customers were complaining about how long they had been waiting but the security guard kept them calm and assured them they would be taken care of soon as possible l. Arnell talks entirely TO MUCH and clearly worries about everything else except his customers because he messed up on my transactions twice

Adriana Perez, Yassely Olliva and Madonna is very helpful with me working on my personal loans, mortgage approvals and personal banking. Awesome ladies very patient with me and helping me as safe as possible during the pandemic. I also feel sale inside the banks guards open the doors for you I really feel welcome.
