I recently visited this UPS Store and was impressed with their customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist me with my needs. It’s refreshing to experience such positive and helpful service, especially when compared to other stores where the personnel can be rude and bad-humored.

For some reason. Amazon didn’t received my package. I took it personally to this store and I got a receipt. I only noticed because the item I returned was not refunded. I messaged Amazon and they told me that they have not received the item. It’s been more two weeks.

Grace is such a wonderful lady. She is super sweet and kind. She treats everyone with love and it goes a long way. She deserves to be the manager of that store!

Once I walked in, they greeted me. They also said that they were having system issues and made me aware of the delays. But once the other agent was available, they got me in and out with ease.

Service in this place is horrible! Young guy working register really doesn't like his job. Very rude and quick tempered. I don't understand how they could hire people like this. They have to realize that customers won't put up with attitude like this when there are so many other places that want our business.

Just dropped of an Amazon return here. The employee (a soft sweet voiced young African American boy) had trouble taping the customer grey plastic envelope that was ahead of me, so he just tossed it half open over onto the back counter and said, "I don't even care." Then when I stepped up next and said, "I too have a Amazon return" he glanced back and said, "our back counter is really full". Umm, ok. So I said, "sorry" but now not sure why I felt the need to apologize for that. I tried to lighten the mood while he was printing my receipt and said, " ya know I planned it this way right?" He didn't think I was funny and just scoffed. Not sure yet if I will stop going here or sit around and wait until their counter is full again to process my return.

I come here weekly to ship out packages and I'm always welcomed with a smile! Let me tell you Brandon is an amazing notary who always helps me get my docs in order. Adam and Slyvester always help when I'm looking for clear sheets or letter envelopes. I've never had an issues coming here always in and out quickly. Also if you have a lot of docs that need notary you can schedule appts online to make it easier. By far my fav UPS store in Vallejo

I come here all the time for my Amazon returns. Service is always quick -- transactions are usually done in less than a minute especially if there's no line. I usually come across the same two workers when I swing by and they're nice and swift with their job. I hope they're not sick of my face because I'm going to keep coming here when I have things to return!

Tonight I went to pick up a package at the UPS store in SPRINGSTOWNE center. I received excellent service during my visit. The associate who waited on me was named Adam. He made my visit so comfortable. He was very personable with excellent customer service. I left the store in such a great mood because he was funny and uplifting as well. There should be more employees like Adam in this world. I will definitely return to this location for all my UPS needs.

I get my packages sent here so they aren't stolen. It's always a busy store which is fine but always seems like just 1 of the 2 guys there and only one is helping customers, the guy with the longer hair. Even 8 people deep in line today and the other guy sits there at the computer. It's possible he is doing something super important but atleast acknowledge customers, maybe stop what your doing for 10 minutes and help the customers standing right in front of you.
