TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP! WORST DEALERSHIP IN U.S! Let's start off with how the owner Jason Grey allows his employer, also his car salesman Kenneth Jones to run scams and continue to do fraud at his establishment. He is well aware that his employee is a certified scam artist. Really bad for business! The car salesman Kenneth Jones, will not only take your money and use it for HIS personal use. But he will keep your personal information for his personal use as well. (Copy of your drivers license and social security number) and get loans for vehicles in your name and then register them at the DMV in your name as well. I am a victim of identity theft from this dealership Upgrade Motorz. I did not authorize any auto loans or do any business with them and was notified by DMV that there was not one but TWO vehicles registered in my name that came from Upgrade Motorz. I have filed a police report and will pursue to press charges. I attempted to get a vehicle from Upgrade Motorz and was told by Kenneth he needed my information to do a full credit check to see what kind of vehicle I can get approved for. Once Kennth Jones told me the vehicle that I wanted was not available and that it was located in Los Angeles CA. I declined to do business with Upgrade Motorz. The most absurd part is the owner Jason puts on this front and acts as if he's not aware of the things that are taking place in his establishment right up under his nostrils. How are you not aware? I advise all customers and future potential customers to stay far away from Upgrade Motorz and to not do any business of any kind with Kenneth Jones. Both the owner and his car salesman are total complete liars and scam artist. I had to give this business 1 star to be able to post this review. But honestly it does not even deserve 1 star.

Really bad business!!!! Kenneth Johnes will take your money and use it for himself !!!!!!! I gave Kenneth Johnes $12,000.000 cash deposit for a vehicle that I support to receive right next day , and he told me that he will send me a receipt/invoice in 15 min. I called Kenneth 3 hours later to ask where is my receipt he said he was busy and that he will get to it shortly, he than told me he will give the receipt when I pick my car up and sign the paperwork. Next day he told me that the car is still on LA and that I will receive on Monday . Monday comes the car is in another states ... stories goes on . i finally went into the office and met The owner Jason and he told me that he wasn't aware of the contract and he have no idea about the car. He helped me called Kenneth over the phone and he admitted after many calls that he took my money and used it for his personal used because him and his kids were homeless . Do not do any business there and give any cash to Kenneth Johnes !!! He will scam you and give you a run around!!!! All he do is lie. He comes of very nice and sweet and helpful but do not believe him . It's all deception!!!!! KENNETH JOHNES is a scammer!!!!!!!! I was very patient and understanding and keep waiting for him to refund my money back , however he keeps stealing time and giving me runarounds!

After dealing with the owner "Jason" it's hard to say anything good about this company. So, I'll just say "This used car dealership proves what they say about used car salesmen and lawyers." Beware!!!

I'll keep this short. Talked to the owner "Jason" on the phone and was told he would see me Monday around 2-3 PM, concerning UPGRADE MOTORZ to sell my Cadillac (Premium Edition) on consignment. The trip was 180 miles round trip. He was VERY late (after 4pm), said he had a bad day and came out to my car looked up the VIN # on his phone and said the car was worth about 10-15 K less than others were selling for in the area. (Typical treatment from used car salesmen). Never checked out car in any way. It is probably the most fully equipped luxury SRX in the country, and in great condition. We have all heard horror stories about used car salesmen, and lawyers. Well, this place wins 1st place in maintaining the well deserved reputation of used car salesmen! Their office space was not much more than a converted warehouse space, or maybe worse. "Very Unprofessional" in every way! Parking is also "minor league". Could use some Customer Service training! It took you more time to read this, than Jason spent checking out this "one-of-a- kind" custom Cadillac specially built by the Cadillac dealer in Scottsdale, AZ. Over $60,000.00 spent building this car before I ever took delivery. I believe the positive reviews are very suspect.

I purchased a used Honda Accord from U.M a few days back and have nothing but good things to report thus far. Time will tell how the car does in the long run, but other then than that I'm more than pleased. The service is what really stood out for me. They catered to every minor issues I had with the vehicle and offered to pay for it as well. To be brief, I'd highly recommend U.M to anyone looking to buy a used car. 4 1/2 stars.

I was in the market to get a new car and heard from a friend of mine about the great service they received at Upgrade Motorz. I came in and looked at their selection of cars which they had a nice variety, but not exactly what I was looking for. The service staff was very helpful and after asking some questions and verifying my needs we were able to find a type of car I wanted. They were able to locate my car and the paperwork process was very easy and smooth. They delivered my car clean, inspected and provided a service above my expectations. I will definitely refer them to all my friends and go back whenever I'm in the market for a new car again.
