Unlimited Collision Repair delivered the best service in my 15 years of owning and driving used cars. The business owner, Antonio, is extremely kind, and experienced in his profession. I took my car there for a front bumper repair, and Antonio did the whole job (with paint!) in under 24 hours, for a better price than three other shops could offer. I couldn't be happier with the work, and would send anyone looking for body work to Antonio!

Unprofessional, and disrespectful owner by the name of Antonio. Shop is in the middle of the ghetto, customers cars scattered everywhere with broken windows. Wouldn’t want my car at this shop. Went in for a quote several months ago to have my bumper repainted, the daughter took the vin and entered it into their system, I pulled a carfax on my car shortly after I got my quote, now my carfax shows damage was reported right around the same time I got the quote. My car has been parked for months with the engine apart, I didn’t bring it anywhere else for anything. Owner seemed friendly the first time I met him but was a total A hole this time so clearly his personality is very fake. He tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about and that only DMV and insurance can report to Carfax, I was trying to have a calm conversion with him but he was very defensive the entire time and just kept escalating even though I was trying to calm him down. I told him mechanic shops, tire shops, oil changes etc all get reported to Carfax these days. Clearly the one that didn’t know what they are talking about is him, which is why he has his daughter enter all the information into their computer system. (Typically all collision places report when people go in for quotes or work.) I usually have a soft spot for old people and always show respect, especially older latin men because my grandpa use to own his own body shop, but the way Antonio was acting, I have nothing nice to say about him or his business. Don’t waste your time going to this place, there’s plenty of other professional shops nearby…that aren’t in the ghetto.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, and very defensive owner by the name of Antonio. I brought my car in for a quote several months ago regarding the clear faded on the front and rear bumpers. the daughter immediately took all of the in information from the car including the VIN number. Speaking from experience, when a body shop does that it goes into their computer and any damage gets reported. That's how collision repair places work. The Carfax I pulled on my car now shows damage was reported on the car right around the date that I took my car in for a quote. Fast forward to today. I brought my bumper into the shop, we went over what needed to be done, everything was smiles, laughs. I told Tony that I wanted him to quote the vehicle I was driving for other paint work. He walks over to the vehicle, tells his daughter to take the vin to put it into the system. So I brought up Carfax and how the other car we brought was reported for damage after we got the quote from them, I told him my concerns about them taking the vin because I didn't want anything reported, I only wanted verbal quote. Suddenly Antonio completely flips a 180 and gets very defensive, says he doesn't like what I said, he didn't report anything to anyone. (Clearly doesn't know how reporting is done) said I don't know how Carfax works, went on to tell me that only the DMV and insurance can report to Carfax. I tried to calmly explain that we aren't trying to say he did anything wrong but my concerns are that it shows damage was reported. Still he was very defensive and rude, started saying that unless I owned the car from new it could have been from before etc. basically kept telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. I told him everything gets reported to Carfax, mechanic shops report service to Carfax, if you have your tires changed it gets reported to Carfax, even an oil change, Clearly he didn't know how these things works which is why he has his daughter do it for him. Anyway he kept escalating and being defensive even though I was 100% calm and trying to calm him down, he refused to do any work for me and told me to take my bumper back so I did. So I will go down to Ned's auto body supply and get the paint and bust out my spray gun to do it myself. I never raised my voice, I never disrespected him, I stayed calm, I was just trying to have a conversation and explain what happened with Carfax after I brought my car there the last time, he was very defensive, arguing about everything, raising his voice, kept repeating he refuses to work on anything of mine. Total drama queen, He made nothing into a big scene, maybe he forgot to take his bipolar medication or something. Seemed like a completely different person the first time I met him. Also for anyone reading this I would be worried to leave my car at this place because it's in the middle of the ghetto and several cars in front of their building has been broken into. The shop & parking lot is disorganized to say the least.

Please don't use these guys. Scam over charge your insurance. The work is ok. Down the road you will have more problems.

They were pretty friendly while I was having issues with my insurance, however only about half of my repairs were done, due to "pending approval" even though I signed off to cover the difference with my own funds, so I could get complete repairs. Yet they still returned my vehicle with subpar repairs. My bumper wasn't properly installed, it sits in front of one of my headlights, they didn't even test drive the vehicle because every time I turn a quarter of they turn radius my wheel rubs against a metal harnessing the wheel well putting it a high risk of a blowout. Given there were many complications with my insurance, I feel the repairs that they were able to do were rushed, and not treated with professional care. On top of all this they couldn't even spray the damn dust off the car with water. I will be readjusting the repairs that were done, and for these reasons I give a one star rating. Sorry not sorry. Will be uploading pictures later. You know what Antonio that's fine that you feel that way, you should count yourself lucky that this review was as nice as it is, because the repairs you did to my vehicle were bullshit, you changed out my wheel with my own spare tire after the inspection I performed I wouldn't say that this was anything less than a ripped off all the way around, and you probably gave a discount because you knew the work you did was horrible, you didn't return my wheel center caps or aircaps for my tires, and you failed to put the cover back on the bottom of my headlight leaving it completely open too the elements. Also I'm sure that a sliced ABS wire in my wheel well is something that would be approved, and yet my automatic braking system is compromised from the accident. You can shove your bullshit response where the sun don't shine, kindly.

Unfortunately I hit a pothole and did some major damage, fast friendly service here. I'm impressed with the quality and care. Looking at work they did on some of the cars there was impressive. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

My work truck was 'keyed' ( some j*** scratched into the paint all down one side). When I tried places In Marin like Miracle Auto Paint , ( you know, tv ads say they'll paint a car for for a few hundred $) I was told they could only paint the whole truck ( for thousands of $ ) The rest of the truck was good to excellent. I found Antonio. He was honest. Gave me a reasonable price in 5 minutes. I give him and his team 10 OUT OF 10 for Quality Service Value. Honesty And they're really nice people. Thank you Antonio and crew !
