For the most part this place has everything however whenever they hire new staff then never train them on the most basic customer service . I live a quarter mile down the road am usually stop in coming back from SF to purchase some food. Every time there is a new employee they ask me to take off my backpack that has more than 1k worth of technology. That sounds petty but it's a consistent tone from every new employee hired there . Management needs to do address and train new employees on customer service skills .

Im coming to get my Red Bull at night like I always do, I pull up to the store an the door is locked there's a written sign saying on break from 2:22am-2:52am.. its already after 3am an the doors aren't unlcoked im still waiting patiently outside. The young african american girl working that night comes out finally an started putting food out to warm up/cook an making the signs for the food, she comes to take the sign off the door then walks off but NEVER buzz's the door to open it as I'm still waiting, she finally see's me outside an opens it, I asked her are you guys closed at 3? she looks at me crazy an rudely responds, she ask's me why, meaning why do I ask, I said cause usually when I come at 3am the door is unlocked an open, she says rudely again "yea cause I locked it", an proceeds to roll her eyes an doesn't make contact with me or anything, an I didn't appreciate that cause she acted like she didn't want to answer me at all had a attitude an couldve explained what happened, apologized an I would've appreciated that more but she didnt even acknowledge or look my way. From my observation she was rushing setting certain food up being by herself an didn't want to let anyone in unless it was on her time an when she's ready, when I come the store is normally open at 3am.

Yelpers are saying this store is closed? NOT SO!!! I live in the neighborhood and this little gem is perfect. Lately I've been somewhat disabled and have to use a walker. These kind hearted clerks see me coming and immediately buzz around the store to put my order together, then ring me up and wheel the cart out to my vehicle and load it up. And whoever does the buying has some great culinary tastes. Not only Ben and Jerry's ice cream but Hagen Daz too!

This is my friendly Neighborhood store; It has a Bright staff whom is respectful and who cares about their Job. Overall it's a clean store that has People working here for years who should be Valued as a company asset because it would devastate the business if you get rid of them. Some days the staff is friendly some days they aren't. Store is supposed to be open until 10:30, but there have been nights when I got there at 10:20 and they were already locking the door and would not let anybody in. They start doing their closing before they are closed so they may have already closed the cash register and don't want to take your debit or credit card. Or they already counted their cash so they only want to take a debit or credit card. I think if the store is open everything should be available to the customer. Save the closing till after it's closed. Then there are other nights when I got there at the last minute and they let me go in and get what I needed real quick which is usually just a gallon of milk or something like that. I don't know I liked it better when it was Tower Mart after they bought it and turned it into a power Mart things just became undesirable I guess. Some of the staff is very rude and it appears it is to women only she is very nice to men. It's almost like if they don't know you they're not very nice to you but once they see that you are a regular they become nicer. There are a couple of the staff members that are always nice. One thing I do not like is they don't ask you if you want a bag. Since there is now a charge for bags most stores ask you if you want bags before they total your sale. This store does not.

Very convenient and when I'm on my way to work or church, or visiting someone, I can always stop here and buy whatever I need from gas to coffee to cookies to refreshing drinks, potato chips, Donuts, bananas, and let's not forget the petrol, at a reasonable price.
