They moved out of our town and the next one is 20 miles out, when I initially got the tire service I requested to add the protection plan it was marked on my documents but not charged I guess, so when I actually had a flat I had to drive out of town on a flat just to be charged almost 100$ to fix the tire I paid over 800$ for my tires and told them I needed the protection plan coming to find out It never got added to the total. Not the best customer service overall

CLOSED. Vallejo lost an excellent and honest business in October 2022 when Toscillito closed shop. Shops in Marin are still open. They had been my auto repair go to for 18 years in Vallejo. Very sad to see this business close.

I cannot say enough great things about Toscalito Tire! I called in when my brakes were making a grinding noise about 15 minutes before they closed. They said I could bring it in the next morning as soon as they opened at 7:30. Pablo was my service advisor and he was very communicative. He called as soon as they checked out my Tiguan and gave me the low down. I am a bad car owner and had not been doing regular maintenance. I needed new rear brakes, all 4 new tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment. Pablo was fantastic about explaining the issues and why they needed to be urgently addressed. He had my car ready earlier than expected and I was able to pick it up after work. The prices they charge are fair and they did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys so much!! I have been taking my 2006 Chevy express 3500 diesel to this place for the last couple years I was referred to them by Costco to do tire alignment. They also have done my brakes and changed out some wheel bearings. their work is exceptional. And they keep my fleet going. So good so far. Happy face.

Absolutely top notch service from Richie. Highly recommend checking out this place for a small fix or new tires you won't be disappointed. They have a huge parking lot and service bays on both sides of the building for fast service.

Although they weren't able to work on my truck they were honest and didn't charge me any diagnostic fees. They even gave me some suggestions of places that could.

Fantastic!!! I have wheel locks on my rims and no key to remove them. Special locks not available... I tried at least 20 tire stores including Wheel works and other major tire stores. No one would help me. They all said " sorry we don't have a key for that and we can't help you. Toscalito said let's look and see if we can help. They didn't have a key but there manager said let me do some investigating and he came up with a key he could modify to fit the locks and now I can change my tire if I get a flat. They went out of there way help me. Thank you so much !!!! You earned my respect

Last night I had a ball joint break on my car. It literally fell to the ground and looked like I'd had a bad accident. This morning I had it towed to Toscalito. They looked at it and told me it was fixable then ordered not only the parts for the broken side but replaced both sides as should be. Also replaced a bad tire and a front end alignment and not only was the price very reasonable but they actually completed all the work by the end of the same day. As I drove home I couldn't help but notice my car rides like new again. They really go above and beyond to keep your vehicle on the road and running well. Big thanks and I highly recommend these guys

My car computer showed that my tire pressure was low and I thought maybe I had a nail/etc in my tire(s.) I looked up Tire locations close to my resident and went down to Toscalito the next morning. Pablo was coming in as I pulled up and I asked if they were open - it was around 7:25am and he said to go into the front door. He greeted me and asked what the problem was and I told him. He was very professional and polite and checked all my tires. He told me that all my tires were low on air and he took care of them. I was very relieved as I do drive a out of the area for work. He did not charge me and for the service. I was very impressed with the service I received from Pablo and will be returning to purchase tires and will recommend Toscalito to others. Peggy
