I am SO pleased with my purchase from Three Brothers. The staff was incredibly helpful to me. I was looking for a very specific feel (firm but not hard) and size (not oversized, but bigger than accent chairs). Despite being really busy, the sales staff walked me through multiple options, got me set up with catalogs and fabric choices, and gave me time to peruse my options without being over my shoulder the entire time. The delivery process was really really smooth, and the gentleman who delivered my chairs and ottoman were super professional and very friendly. I truly appreciated the personalized service that I felt I got from Three Brothers. Thank you!

I just stopped by had a friend that is looking for furniture store. Spoke with the owner. Had a few questions and I am happy to say I was satisfied with the in detailed answers I got. I don't live close by but I definitely would recommend his store to anyone that's shopping for furniture quality furniture. Not too many places around anymore now a days.

Family owned and run. Excellent knowledge of the different manufacturers, fabrics, etc. They are very friendly and professional. The delivery was included and the special ordered piece came much earlier than expected! I highly recommend this business.

Bought a table set and our bed set from here. Great pricing and liked that it was local. Friendly service but I felt the salesman could've given us a bit more space to roam on our own but he would keep taking us to different items to try. It did take several months to get our bench that came with the table set and I had to keep following up on my end for the status when the salesman told me that he would provide me with updates. Would still come back in the future and just ask for a different sales person.

Had a great customer service experience with Julia. She really knew her products and understood how to piece together what we are looking for in a couch.
I loved how much customization was available for different pieces. We have a better idea of some of the details of what we want now because of her expertise.

We ordered a reclining sofa from this store. When it came in, it didn't have one of the features it was ordered with. The factory tried to shrug this off but our sales person, Justin pushed back at the factory on this. Eventually the store ordered the parts and changed it to include the feature and did rather quickly. I think the store probably paid much of the cost to correct this. They stand behind what they sell and proved it! Going forward we will definitely go here first for furniture.

I was in the market for new living room furniture. A friend who had been in the furniture business recommended Three Brothers (and a couple of others). I didn't need to go to the others. What I loved is most of the couches came with an array of fabric choices. For instance, I liked the style of one couch and the fabric on another. Also, if the couch had accent throw pillows, they were included in the price and you can also pick the pillow fabric. So I took one of the throw pillows I liked, walked it over to the couch with the fabric I liked, and it was perfect for what I wanted. Justin was my sales guy and was very helpful helping me figure out the above. I asked what the delivery charge was and it was free for my area. Bonus! I purchased a couch, love seat and two chairs (all on sale! another Bonus!). Justin said they were running about 4 weeks out, as they are custom ordered. Mine arrived in roughly 3 weeks. They use their own employees for delivery. My two guys could not have been nicer. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were out of there in no time. And the quality of the furniture is amazing. The cushions are so firm, but comfortable. I have no doubt these will hold up for a very long time.

Family owned, dedicated, loyal to its customers and great quality/variety. Bought sofas and love seat (leather) about 7 years ago and they've worn well. Unfortunately, it's time to replace them and I've made my first trek to Vallejo to do so. I'll be buying from them real soon. Can't say enough good things about the owner and staff.

Everything about this transaction was smooth. Lisa was great! Very friendly, patience and answered all of my questions. The owner was great as well. Told me a little about the family business and how it became what it is today. Delivery was set for 4-6 weeks and it came early. Got the couch custom build, so for that to come early was really exciting. On Delivery, Donny and his partner very carefully brought the couch into the house without damaging the product or my property. One part of the couch did not fit in the from the front door so they brought it in from the backyard. They set up the couch and showed me how to connect and disconnect, as well as rearranging it to my liking. Really went above and beyond. Would definitely do business with them again.
