I cant even get in contact with the leasing office every number that shows it's associated with this complex gives a beeping noise then it just hangs up

Property has many maintenance problems I’ve had to have them fix my a/c many times because of Leaks and it’s still leaving till the day I almost slipped because of water on the floor.
