We brought our 2023 cadillac escalade in this dealership back on April 12, 2024 hoping they could fix it because it wouldn’t start all of a sudden. The car was with them for almost a month and NOTHING WAS FIXED. The customer service and everything we experienced by their service department was very stressful and frustrating. I can safely say that their technicians isn’t trained properly to fix cadillac, specifically escalades. All they told us was that they are waiting for a GM field engineer to give them advice on how to proceed. They didn’t even know how to get the car started - my husband had to tell the advisor how he reconnected the battery and put the key fob on the cup holder to be able to start the car. I hope nobody has to go through what we experienced. Best decision we made is to finally pull out the car and transfer it to Cadillac in Walnut Creek - they fixed our car in less than 3 days!!

David Navarro(Product Specialist) made it simple for me to determine which Cadillac I wanted XT4, XT5 or XT6, and qualifying for financing simple, Tina Kester(Sales Manager) ased about the vehicle I'm purchasing to confirm thats what I wanted, also Dedrick Johnson/ DJ
(Financealso Manager) made process simpler all paperless, 1st time I purchased a vehicle stress-free. Thanks Team Cadillac!!!

Service center: I had an appointment scheduled for 11am for a 7500 mile service (an oil change and tire rotation) on a 2023 Silverado 2500hd. I have been coming to this location over other local dealerships since 2021 due to my previous positive experience, yet it seems that either the service center technicians timeliness or their management has declined. After waiting patiently for 2.5 hours for my truck to be finished, I asked about the progress. As of this review, I have been waiting 3 hours and I am missing time at work. I was told that the service needed a minimum of 1.5 hours to complete; they needed double. I was, however, very pleased with Gary from the service center front desk.

The sales staff was very accommodating and willing to work with my requests and time frame. David, Johnathan, and Byron were all extremely personable and professional. Overall a very good experience.

Completely satisfied with experience purchasing my new Cadillac Lyriq from Team Cadillac. I received excellent customer service from Mike Woleslagle, including follow up days after the purchase. David Macdonneil was great. Tina Kester was great. I felt welcomed the minute I stepped into the showroom. This was unexpected as I've had awful car purchasing experiences at other dealerships in the past.

ON May 23, 2023, I Betty Hilliard had a scheduled Maintenance service appointment for my 2015 Cadillac ATS. Due to illness, I was unable to drive my car to the service Center. My Service Advisor, Jazz Crawford had a driver pick up my car my car from my resident and deliver it to Tem Cadillac Service Center for service. Not only did she had my vehicle picked up, upon completion of service. Jazz had the driver deliver my car back to my resident. I could not have asked for better service. I compliment my service advisor for a great job well done. I recommend Jazz Crawford as a service advisor to anyone that come to Team Cadillac Service Center to have their car service. I am proud to have her as my advisor.

On Monday, 11/14/2022, I had AAA Towing Service to tow my 2015 ATS Cadillac into Team Cadillac to replace a damage right front tire. The service advisor that assisted me in the upcoming repairs (Luz Garcia) assisted me through the steps for the replacement. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very patience with me. I could not have wanted a better advisor than Ms Garcia. I would recommend her to assist other customer. A job well done. Many thanks!!!! Ms Betty Hilliard a satisfied customer.
