Amber did my taxes this year and was amazing! Unprofessional. Find a family business that takes care of their customers and employees. I found the owners to be rude and inconsiderate. Edit- just messaged back as I just saw where the messages are located. I didn't want to go into detail here on my experience but since they want to discredit my communication with them. I overheard them being really disrespectful to an employee of theirs and I will not be doing business with people who cannot treat their own employees with respect. Was not the first time and I was very uncomfortable. Very sad. Do better. Find a business who treats their employees with respect not just the customers with pockets.

Joe and Tax Ace are incredible. From our first inquiry we had an immediate response and great follow up. The portal/zoom platform made it so easy to do contactless taxes. I normally prepare our taxes but 2020 was a very different year for us. So I decided to seek out some professional help. I messaged the business and Joe got back to me quickly. We had a brief phone conversation and I explained our situation and Joe mentioned running different scenarios to see what would be best for us. The ease of the whole process was great! We uploaded all our tax documents into their secure portal and Joe had them done within a couple weeks. He went over all the scenarios with us and recommend what he felt was best for us. This was all done via a Zoom call, so we didn't even have to go into their office at all. We are moving out of the area but we will definitely be using Tax Ace in the coming years since everything can be done remotely. If I could give 10 stars I would! Joe and his staff are amazing! Even with Tax Day fast approaching Joe was able to communicate with us efficiently and get us the BEST TAX REFUND (more than we ever imagined!). He answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed or like we were just another client. You can tell he loves what he does and wants educate his clients well on the tax law. WE WILL NEVER USE TURBO TAX EVER AGAIN AFTER TAX ACE, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! We will be loyal customers forever! His staff is also great with communication and letting us know what paperwork was needed in a timely fashion. Thank you Joe and Staff! You guys are the best!
