Lines are ridiculously long an associate told me self checkout is ten items or less I had 15 and missed the sign but where am I supposed to checkout if no lines are open or if they are nobody standing there seen a few talking, on their phones, shooting the breeze with their light on but no one's home no work getting done it shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes to check out and only three people are in line

I had dropped off a friend at her dental appointment located near the Target in Vallejo and decided to stop by for a few things I needed. I had not shopped at this Target for some time and was pleasantly surprised that they are modernizing like the other Targets I had been to recently. I shopped mostly in their food and beverage section. I really appreciated that they are offering more of a variety of quality brands and healthier choices. Found some interesting items that I had not seen before. At checkout I really admired the young man who was helping us. The customer before me was not very pleasant to him for no apparent reason, but he remained professional and friendly throughout their interaction. And when it was my turn, he was very kind asking if I needed bags or was I part of Targets rewards program and just making and responding to conversation. Target is lucky to have a quality employee like this young man. Keep it up!

the worst customer service is at this Target in Vallejo. I've seen one person at check out while several other employees are standing around gossiping. There were 20 plus people in line and only one checkout person - and 3 of the self checkout kiosks were broken. When someone said something about it - another Target employee in line started berating her for complaining. Unbelivably bad management

Not great inventory. A lot of items are locked up. Consistently slow to check out with very few registers open. Not a good representation of the target brand.

This store showed inventory on the app for an item. I needed. Purcahsed it via app for pickup, and they said they had it ready for pickup. I drove 33 miles to get it and they had set aside the wrong item and had no stock of what I needed. It took them 45 minutes to sort through all this. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told he would call me. Of course I received no call. So all in all I had 2 1/2 wasted by this store, plus 66 miles of unreimbursed mileage.

Horrible place to work. They seem great at the beginning but then the next thing you know, if you are a good worker, they dump EVERYTHING on YOU. Management disappears and never supports you once you have settled in as if you never need assistance when backed up. The main HR person (initials AH) will give you good support in the beginning but as soon as you say no to things (coming in on your day off, asking to take on more responsibilities but for no additional money, etc.) they cut your hours, put all that new responsibility on you anyway, but then start writing you up if you can't get everything done. Management and Leads have their favorites and so, when your working, you might often find your working alone because the Management, their Leads and their favorites will be in the back socializing constantly. As for service, there are some amazing people that work there but they are always the ones burdened with a TON of work, desperately trying to keep their job by appeasing HR and Management. They, however are the ones that are also the nicest. They care about you, it's just so hard for them when Management and HR has them worried about having some unfounded reason to let them go. It's like working in an environment where Management and their pet employees intimidate the hard good workers. The store is often in disarray and there are always a bunch of loiterers in front that you have to get past. As for security, they are so easy to distract that people are always walking out without paying.

Althea is an absolute rockstar! She's always got a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to help customers. Whether it's finding a specific item or answering questions, she's super knowledgeable and friendly. Althea's positive attitude and great customer service skills make shopping at Target a breeze. I highly recommend seeking her out next time you're there! ?

The worst people I go is here bullies they let us feel we steal God knows how u pissing us off all of u am a customer that don't bad in u all but may yrs o ignored and u all provoke me. but in God's time we have justice on this earth Someday u remember us that u discriminate and be little us kill our joys bad staffs before u say many words I don't reviews u all diff ? but now u will learned how to treat ur customer right!!!it's in ten commandments sad to say do many people who pretend they dont do anything but I never ever go to ur store many store had a good hearts ? some of y'all reviewing this act like the staff here is supposed to wait on you hand and foot which is actually crazy to me. complaining about low cost items being locked up as if it's their fault, and or turn around times from pressing the button to have those cases open when we all know most of the people responsible for opening them are stocking shelves or being cashier's chill out your product is going anywhere and be patient.Anyways they carry one piece cards here and I think that's neat here's this snow bird :)

No carts inside the store. Stock of everyday items was very low.Employees on their phone (security person by the door)I've had better experiences.

I shop for Fresh pet dog food.Target has the best prices for this healthy Dog ? food.The cooler is aleays full of product to choose from. Customer service was great ?
