Customer service doesn’t suck but some of them look challenged or under the influence. I make direct eye contact for clear communication & it was still the slowest response time verbally and physically. They can definitely be groomed a lot better and look more uniformed as a team. They were all over the place. Besides that, this place literally has no product. I asked for over 5 shoes for myself, none in my size. Over 5 shoes for my son, 11C, NONE. Even witnessed another parent with a toddler son ask for multiple shoes, be told their size is unavailable and leave within 10 mins. I just had to be *that* person & finally grab like another handful of shoes and tell the associate I’ll take WHATEVER shoe out this selection in a size 11C. I definitely recommend the new Footlocker across town.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received in a retail store. The young ladies behind the counter were talking and cursing the whole time while I waited to turn in my raffle ticket for the new 12s. I get they're young but, I'm young too and thought it was really rude! Only giving two stars because they do normally have a good selection of shoes in my size from Uggs to Air Maxes to Jordan's.

unprofessional asf , I called in to see if they had a sweater in stock and they said they had it and would hold it for me , an hour drive later I get there and they didn't even have it !! they don't even answer the phones either , it took me a while to get an answer and the store wasn't busy , lazy ass people . Don't bother coming here lmao

The customer service was good, but after paying $100 for shoes, I don't expect to be given a dirty display shoe instead of the brand new shoes. The shoes are literally dirty with scratches on the Nike symbol. Won't be returning to this place.

I wanted to take the time out and say this store was exceptional when it came down to customer services. They greeted me in, helped me find exactly what I didn't know I wanted. The clothes was nicely folded. The sections had a wide variety or options. The associates was very well mannered and the store manager answer all my questions w no problem. I would highly recommend coming here they have a wide selection of shoes. Even had some hidden gems in there. I'm a sneaker head so I appreciate this store's business.

This place sucks. Went in there last weekend, was not greeted by any of the sales associates but was looked at. the selection of shoes was so basic, from the shoes, to the toodler clothes, to women's shoes. overall my experience there was horrible. Will never go back.

Customer service was horrible at this location… ima sneaker head and it was as if they didn’t want me to buy shoes (which I still did). Almost felt prejudice or racist but they were black and Hispanic. Was in the store for 30 minutes and had to walk the display shoe I was interested in to sales representative to help me, because all of them were at the front door talking with security or in the back, Not on the floor .

No one here attends to someone who supposedly attends by throwing a boyfriend in the corner and since they have time to attend to you, they don't have the number you asked for without even checking...ALV

I came thru this store not long ago not knowing what to buy, this tall, muscular, handsome man by the name of Lucas (some know him as baby dro) approached me with a warm welcome "hey boss what brings you in". I said mann I don't even know, he pitched in some jordan 1s and he said they'd look fire with my fit, after some thought I said "man you right I'll cop em" then he started pitching the mason article talking bout sum it'll look right for the season so boom boom boom I started cashing out on mason article left and right. We started chopping it up afterwards and asked me what I got going on for the day and I told him I was getting a cut after, believe it or not he said "aye brotha, you blessed me let me bless you, If I'm up you up" on my dead bird, rip baby green, he proceeded to hand me $40 for my cut, I was thunderstruck, I told him he didn't need to do such kind act and then said my cut was $30 not $40, this son of Christ then said "don't worry keep the extra $10 for gas" I done got on my hand and knees and bowed down saying "thank you thank you" I almost almost shed tear. I was bewildered by such customer service, never in my life was I treated like such a king. Highly recommend this store and if Lucas is there, he's the man to go to
