I have taken several of my well loved and beloved shoes in for repair and they have performed absolute miracles. Even when my shoes seemed "past repair", they were willing to try (and they succeeded). Friendly and affordable, highly recommend!

Great work, punctual service. I have to admit I've used this business off and on for forever and I took them for granted. If you need shoe repair or a little custom work as I just had done Shoe Hospital on Rollingwood rocks!

We have used Shoe Hospital for as long as I can remember. Good old-fashioned craftsmanship on all thing leather. Vallejo is lucky to have this store in town. Always reasonably priced. Vallejo is also blessed to have Crown Tailors on Georgia St.

my work boots are very expensive, so I went to get them (RE SOLED)The folks at shoe hospital did a fabulous job and the price was right. These days it’s rare to get quality workmanship.But here you will find just that.VERY satisfied with my boots

They've been a trusted & loyal business in Vallejo for several decades now. Like going back at least until the 1960's, when the Beatles & JFK were around, lol. How many "mom & pop's" can boast that? And long after they could've cut & run into retirement from this seemingly forsaken town. Through the many years and across locations, they've performed many tasks expertly for me: repaired & cleaned shoes, punched holes in leather belts, repaired anything leather needing mending. Most recently, she fixed a leather waist bag for me by extending the nylon strap. This, after my local dry cleaners said they couldn't do the job (and reccommended Shoe Hospital). Reasonable and honest pricing. And can handle several jobs working with various textiles (such as leather AND heavier-duty nylon as with my most recent project). The lady running the shop's no nonsense. Just a hard worker. They likely have repaired things for grandparents and grandchildren of the same family alike. Generational service & loyalty. The owner probably won't offer to give you a scalp massage or pedicure with your various work requests. But, kidding aside, you can bet her repair & restoration handiwork will be on point. Thank you Ma'am for your many years of dedicated service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS; BROUGHT MY SHOES TO HER. THE FOLLOWING DAY-- HER PLACE WAS BROKEN INTO. SHE REFUSED TO PAY ME FOR THE SHOES EVEN THOUGH SHE IS CLEARLY LIABLE. I COULD EVEN UNDERSTAND AND POSSIBLY LET IT GO BUT HER ATTITUDE WAS SO POOR AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. DONT GO.

I needed some small alterations to my leather motorcycle pants.Renee and Lee have the heavy duty sewing machine and skill to do the job. She was so nice to accommodate me. The work was excellent, and done in a day. This is business old school style. Cash or personal check accepted. No credit cards. 40 years in Vallejo. Call or come during business hours.

I needed a quick fix to the heels of my Gucci Boots. I wanted to wear them on a trip I was going on the very next day. They were able to get me in and out quickly. They did a great work. I was happy with the quality of their work. Definitely will use them again.

Very impressed by the craftsmanship. I have a leather sling bag that's very valuable to me and the thread ripped off of the straps. The nice lady was courteous and understanding. She was able to fix the bag and reinforce the the sewing so it would last longer. I'm grateful that a place like this still exists in Vallejo. Support your local family businesses, they also had a quick response time. If you ever need any leather goods stitched or dress shoes polished and restored I recommend this business. They even fix regular sneakers & there's not too many places that offer this type of quality service. Trustworthy business. And don't bring in some completely trashed shoes or bags, their quality is excellent but don't expect a miracle. I see some reviews expecting more than what they payed for. Their prices are reasonable but don't expect to bring your destroyed leather good in to be miraculously brought back to brand new condition from when you had bought it. On that note, I will be returning.

I recently hired Shoe Hospital to clean and remove scuff marks from my leather shoes, but unfortunately, I feel like I was taken advantage of. The company promised to provide a top-notch cleaning service, but it appears that they only did a surface level buffing, as the scuff marks remain on all sides of the leather. To make matters worse, they also failed to fix a rip in the leather.Probably a front for a meth lab. This experience has left me feeling conned and disappointed in their business practices. It's important to choose companies that are trustworthy and have a good reputation, especially when it comes to services that you pay for. In my case, I didn't receive the value that I paid for and was left with an unfinished product.
