I’ve been loyal to this station for years. Came in today and filled with 87 octane with the reader board listing the price at $5.15/gal. Got to 19 gallons and realized I was being charged $5.50/gal (with 5 cent loyalty discount). When I inquired inside, the manager said I got V-power (super). I told him I hit the 87 octane button and he replied “you need to be more careful with the button you push,” I told him again I hit 87 and asked him to come out to the pump. The 87 button was listed the same as the V-power, $5.50. I told him that was not consistent with the reader board and he said I paid for V-power and the I talk too much. Nice.
I will never return to this station again.

I paid for a car wash at 1050am on Sunday September 17th. The pump had no paper and failed to print the car wash code. Their main store and office was closed with a sign that said at lunch come back in 30 minutes. Can somebody contact me to get my money back or car wash code? I took photos and so did quite a few other people.

$5.05 a gallon regular? Thanks prez Brandon and price is going up everyday, thank God I have a hybrid Toyota 47mi/gal, but I have to drive under 60 mph

First off, they say they are open 24 hours and that is a LIE.I got there at ~1:00 and the pumps were turned off. The lights were on inside and employees were present, but the doors were locked. There was a "back at" sign placed in the window, but the hands were set wrong so it read 1.5 o'clock.I tried asking through the window where if they knew where I *could* get gass, but the man just shouted "we're closed" repeatedly. I tried writing it down and holding it to the window, but got no further response.While I was standing there, half a dozen other cars arrived looking for gas. All went away without fuel. I eventually got the gas i needed fron the station on the other side of the freeway.DO NOT GO HERE!

I am sorry to say it but....I have to mention that when I asked the male cashier the address if the gas station he replied" I do not spey English". My Honda was just burglarized in front of the store! I wanted to notify the police with an exact location. Plus....as I was phoning the Vallejo Police one more person entered the store saying that she just got burglarized as well. Also the local police confirmed that in Vallejo currently there are 50 car burglarized per day!

Spent $45 and received a VERY BAD customer service. Both restrooms are out of order for unknown reasons. Offered help if they need something to fix and was sent to Safeway if I wanna use restroom. Very rude lady cashier. Will not stop on this specific location for gas anymore. One star is too much for this gas station.

Two restrooms have been "out of order" for several months now. I guess employees don't have access to a restroom for their shift, and respire anaerobically. Likely this technology will be used to colonize Mars in the near future. Bye Shell, hi Tesla.

I will never use this gas station ever again! Every time I’ve come here I left feeling DISRESPECTED & ANNOYED! The Employees here are so rude and disrespectful I just don’t understand how the SHELL COMPANY allows people like that to work a customer service job…. Seriously disappointing!!!!!! There is already enough ugly and hate in the WORLD as it is, no need for you ladies to create more.

last saturday morning i went to this shell gas station to get a car wash. i paid $8.00 at the kiosk and drove in. first there was no soap, just water, no rinse and no dryer to dry my car off. just lots of water spots !!! i drove up to the doors of the front and told them i wanted a refund and that they should close the car wash, so other people aren't getting ripped off too !!! they said no they couldn't do that !!! so they continued to rip people off !!! my refund still isn't in my account !!! this sucks !!!
