It's a big store but the selection wasn't much to my liking. A lot of office type clothing. Huge clearance racks. A little bit of athelitic wear. Some kids clothes.
Good selection of Men's clothing. Staff is great, friendly and helpful.
The store itself is a bit confusing to get to. It's set way back from everything else.

I really love this store so much. I've been a Kohl's customer for along time. I usually order on line or pick up in the store & the Kohl's employees are always so kind & helpful. Please if you have not shopped here give Kohl's in Vallejo a chance won't regret it.

Very poor service. We basically had to beg for a sales clerk to look for a product that wasn't on the shelf. What an attitude; our mistake thinking she would be interested in doing her JOB!

The sales lady was rude, I needed a product, she went to look in the bin, in one second and said there is no more. I asked did you really check? The Boss went to look, and boom there was the product. I began to tell the manager about my experience. The rude sales reps walked off blowing her breath.

Stopped by Sephora to browse and passively shop for a summer fragrance as if. Sephora always comes through if you don't make it to Nordstrom's fragrance bizarre. Anyway, the staff at this Sephora location are always super helpful and patient. The Rep suggested fragrances based on my described preferences. She led me right to a line I hadn't tried yet and it was the new release for summer! I loved it. Maison Margiela.. I'm familiar with the fashion, not the fragrance. The scent is called On a date, it's described as notes of Rise and grapes memory in a bottle. I prefer musks, ouds, patchouli, bergamot. So this is different, but I love it for summer.

First time at this Sephora. Nothing special especially the two employees working together. Not actually working, but walking around talking to each other. They saw me, but neither acknowledged me or said hello. I checked out at the regular check out, not wanting to wait for them to never see me at their counter in the back. Sad and I'll never return to this Sephora. Ever...(Monday the 8th around 3:30 in Vallejo.).On a lighter note, I believe the lady who waited on me while checking out was Omu, I think it was her name. She was great! ✨

Staff not open to helping customers. Walked passed me for 20 mins constantly, never said hello or asked me if I needed anything. They probably would have made a sale if they did but I guess I didn't look like the type they were interested in. They spoke to others around me and although I spent a good amount of time in the store, I was ignored. Will spend my money at Ulta instead

Terrible customer service. The process to pick up orders was changed and I wasn't informed properly but given attitude when i sought help. Consider going to Ulta nearby instead.
