They lied and said they called me and they didn’t. They tried to charge me for storage fees and take my bike. I gave them over $5000 for no work. There over priced , they lie, trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If I could give zero stars I would.

?Very very unprofessional! Sent more than 3 quotes within a 30mins In CAPS.Lack of communication between the service writer Chris and his installer Mike. The bad boy attitude is not a very professional.Chris has no problem with telling you his opinion and how professional he thinks he is.?Read all the negative comments. Then take your bike elsewhere where ,you will be treated with respect and you leave happy.

Buyer beware.Bad boy attitude should be checked at the door when running a business.Listen more and talk less. Your inner child needs to be checked. Before you send quotes via email, you should make sure the quote is correct the first time. Not the 3rd time, and when you do emails, please turn off your caps that's very unprofessional. When a customer prefers a certain brand, don't try to shove your brand down their throat and say that you will not honor the warranty. You could have purchased the same product for the customer, but no, you wanted to argue. Threatening to keep a motorcycle even when we offered to pay for what was done then getting irate telling us you ordered the parts when you told us a day before that you needed a deposit before you would order. Your conversations are very unprofessional. You are not the only game in town. Hopefully, you will learn and grow from your mistakes. When a customer is willing to pay you for what you have done so far, don't threaten to keep their bike because you made a wrong decision and did not communicate properly with your tech.

I went to this shop yesterday June 16th. 2023.I brought my 1999 Dyna Wide glide for a price on two Metzler 880 model tires.Well this clown in the workshop counter tells me its $1000 (500 a tire) I couldn't believe it.Then he proceeds to tell me if I've heard of something called inflation.I walked away at that point before I smack the shit out this asshole! This prick didn't even give me common courtesy to walk out & look at my bike & go over some other things.STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS BUFFOON !I'M having both tires done & brakes in Vacaville for 1/3 of this rip offs price in Vallejo.I've already spread the word online & to have the freakin city already.Screw this prick !

I chose Ride on to work on my bike and ended up getting nothing but a headache. The owner took me for double what he quoted me and tried to intimidate me by holding a screwdriver toward me when I came to pick up my bike. He tried to tell me that my bill was $12,000 while he never even did any work to my bike while it was there. I ended up paying the $3,000 in storage fees and he left my bike out front with a dead battery and a flat tire. I ended up having to pay towing fees to get my bike out of there and buy a new battery. I will never go back or recommend this place for anything.-RespectfullyJeff Bray

This was a horrible experience. The owner was rude, abrasive and tried intimidating us upon pick-up of our bike. They tried charging us $16,000 in STORAGE fees and did NO work to the bike. After milking us for $3,000, he pushed the bike out with a flat tire, dead battery and paint splattered on it. I will never go back to this place. This was the worst buisness~consumer interaction I've ever had!!

I'm happy to call Ride-On with Mike & Chris, my shop. I love these guys! Mike is always happy to work with me and help me get my Little Lady just how I want her. Chris is always kind and attentive. Among some of the work I've had done, Mike upgraded my Sportster 883 to a 1250 and changed the exhaust; she runs like a charm, I couldn't be happier to zip around on her now. I will always recommend Ride-On to friends and family.
