I gotta say really good service I have been to other cleaners around Vallejo and I finally found the one for me and there work is really good no joke you have to come see yourself to believe it. The price is fair can't complain at all.

On a short notice, I needed to have a pair of slim fitting suit pants to be altered for prom. However, I came in with a difficult challenge of wanting to flare the pants as well. The idea was to cut into the inseam of the pants and add fabric under to be sewn in order to create the flare I desired. I had already purchased the fabric to be added prior to my visit. Once I arrived to Redwood Cleaners, I was greeted with a genuine warm welcome and was asked for the service that I required. I explained that I wanted my suit pants to be altered and flared for prom that was in the upcoming week. I gave them a few reference pictures of how I wanted to flare the pants to look. They understood the idea I wanted for my pants and we ended up measuring the pants and came to an agreement on what would look best.Quickly in the next few days, they had the pins and alterations ready to be made, and had me come in to try on the pants to make sure that the alterations are prepared exactly for my liking. A slight few adjustments ended up being made after I tried them on. Cutting off just half an inch of each flare triangle, and they offered to make the size of the thighs a bit tighter to give a more natural look in total. By the next day, they already made the alterations and pressed my pants for me, having them ready for pickup. The pricing was really good and definitely worth while at my experience with Redwood Cleaners. Highly, highly recommend going to them for your dry cleaning needs! 10/10

I always bring in my expensive white clothing here as it is very hard to find cleaners who can do a good job, especially with the risk of it being ruined. They always do a good job with cleaning them exactly how I ask of them and meet my expectations. Ana who works at the front is always SUPER sweet and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to clean their clothing.

All I had was 3 caps that I wanted cleaned. Brought them in early on a Thursday and the lady told me that they would be ready on Tuesday the following week by 4. Came in Tuesday around 5:15 pm and only one of the hats were done; I was told that the other 2 needed to be steamed and pressed because they were still wet from being washed a second time. She told me to come back Wednesday by 12 and they'd be finished. After picking them up the and getting home, I took them out of the plastic they were in and not only was the brim of both hats still wet ...they were still dirty looking....and there was white either water spots or soap residue stains on the top of the brims. The inside seam of one of the hat was frayed as well. What were once brand new looking hats, now looked like they were 10 years old. MY HATS WERE TOTALLY RUINED! I WILL NEVER GO TO REDWOOD CLEANERS AGAIN!

I called this place for next day dry cleaning and unfortunately this service is not provided, turn around time was 3-5 days, so if you have a last minute event and need dry cleaning, this is definitely not the place.

I rarely get my clothes dry cleaned for fear of my clothes not being completely cleaned but redwood cleaners has changed my mind! I did not get a before picture, but they were able to get my makeup out of my yellow faux fur! I will absolutely be coming back for all my future dry cleaning needs!!

I'm really hesitant to write a bad review on a mom and pop's business. After multiple visit thinking the service would get better, the quality of cleaning of my garments were not to my satisfaction. I still saw a stain on my dress, and threads were popping from the steam, which wasn't there before. Never coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEE! Don't even bother replying!
