if I can rate it no stars I would. I’m a positive person who treats people the way I would like to be treated. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I was patiently waiting in line for just one item.she took the person behind me so I assumed she was open. After I walked up she mugs me and says “ummmm” then says “I guess I can help her” as if I am not standing there. No greeting nothing just attitude.

Made the mistake of buying my luxury items at this establishment last night. Way too small though I purchased a large. I buy dupes and review them at lolos dupes and ghetto hookup up but this proprietor said there would not be a exchange due to these being intimates. They are pajamas. Nothing different then pants and blouse. No mo $$ from lolo.

Shop is full of great items. I had a great time shopping! Christy and Michelle had the best customer service. They stayed busy with keeping the floor clean and in order and also assisting customers. I will definitely come back to shop. The only negative comment I will add is that I was not greeted when I came in, but once that particular person, that I didn't mention, saw I purchased something she said "have a good day" when I was leaving. Other than that minutiae incident, everything else was ideal!

this place pissed me off so the closing hours say 7 i get there at 6:30 i see two customers walk out with their purchase and i get to the door and it's locked and they tell me we're closed how are you closed when the website says 7 this is bad for business and its false advertisement if you're going to close at 6:30 put that on the website and i was by myself how long do you possibly think i will take shopping i was going in there to get my wife a gift there's nothing good about this business that is the most horrible customer service i have ever received in my life

I don't live close to this store and it is closer then Sacramento. I was stuck in traffic after work but arrived at 6:30pm to buy a dress that I really liked for tonight's dinner. They locked the doors and said they were closed already even though store hours sayvopen till 7pm. I wasted my time and gas for 1 thing I wanted just for them to say they were closed.

Not one star the owner was rude very rude when i csme back wigh ghr receipt to get a refund i dpent 60.00 in that vallejo store. I have eorked st thst store before snd the owner was very un organized i had to clean my way into the bathroom when i worked there and ig was almost impossible to use it as they had too much stuff in there snd ig wad filthy i will never shop there Ever. Thanks. One star snd thats being generous

Went in to find a holiday outfit, and when I asked the supervisor for the fitting room she said "We dont have a fitting room" in the rudest tone. I haven't been here In years and the way she told me was real rude. Not everyone is trying to stealso why not have employees who actually do their jobs?.

The place is not so great. I talked to some lady that worked there on the phone, and she was rude and impatient. Highly would not recommend this place. Their shop makes Target look Gucci.

I like Rainbow shops and I like to shop there sometimes but I've noticed that their items aren't readily available. They'll get new stuff in and just have a bunch of off sizes in specially their shoe department
