I have been purchasing appliance parts from Ray for years. When something is not working, he is my go to. I recently hired him to come into my home and fix my oven. When I visited him at his shop to tell him what was happening with my oven he asked me a couple of questions and informed me of what he thought the problem was. Told me exactly what it was going to cost if it was indeed that problem. I hired him on the spot. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up. He actually called me to tell me he was on his way. He showed up with the correct part, tested my oven, and had it completely repaired within 40 minutes. I couldn't be happier. He is incredibly respectful, professional, and personable. at the same time. I would hire him again in a second.

R & D Appliance Parts is by far the best parts and repair company in the area. Ray is very professional, on time, knows his appliances , knows what he is doing and the price is very reasonable.If you are using another company you are missing out on someone you can trust and probably paying too much.Thanks Ray!

Raymond had a part that was difficult to find on-line and was willing to give me a fair price for it. We compared my old washer clutch and the part he had and realized the part was fine. He advised me that he would ask a friend about possible issues with my non-spinning washer. I appreciate his honestly and willingness to help me out. He later found out it was possibly the transmission. Time for a new washer! Excellent customer service from this gentleman.

There is no other place I would go for sales and service. I live in Pleasant Hill and go to R&D for all my appliance needs. They are both helpful and reliable. From my washer and dryer to stove or refrigerator. They've helped with them all. Being a landlord with several properties R&D is an essential need for us. When in doubt give R&D a shout!

I,ll put it this way. R and D is THE ONLY place to go in Vallejo for your appliance needs. Ray is the best, knows everything, always has the part or knows where to get it. He will bend over backwards to give you advice and help you solve any appliance problem. A++++++++++++

Great little store. Brought my thermal fuse from my dryer to test and bought a new one for $14.00. Amazon had it for $15 and you wouldn't be able to test it
