Jerome, Mario and the rest of the knowledgeable team at Precision are one of the rare gems in the Bay automotive service industry that you can trust! They have consistently completed good work, and are very invested in a procedural approach to repairing a vehicle while listening and understanding the customers needs and direct concerns. This approach often results in a fair price for parts and labor and generally timely turn-arounds. The team has knowledge and expertise in a variety of vehicles from domestic to JDM to Euro imports. As a fellow automotive business owner it's important I partner with industry professionals I can trust. Both professionally and personally myself and family have brought them everything; Lexus, Infiniti, BMW, VW and Volvo to Lincoln and Oldsmobile and more!
Their new facility offers more service space and is being refurbished to reflect their stellar approach to customer/vehicle service.
It's no surprise that the Vallejo SMOG Test center next door, which is also under Jerome, is run with equal professional, friendly and efficient manner. They are the only SMOG site I try to use as much as my schedule allows for vehicles.

This is the only place I go to service my 200k old LandCruiser. They checked what was needed and didn't try to upsell me. Just straight. Note: as of Dec 2023, they moved to 850 Redwood St.

I'm the only mechanic of my own 4 cars. I don't trust anybody but myself. But, I'm getting old and tired or no time to fix. My wife & I decided to do a research. "Who should we trust, who's a good mechanic???"We're so glad I met Jerome & the gang (Mario & Lito) they did a good job on fixing and maintaining my cars & prices are reasonable.The name "Precision" that got me.We definitely recommend this Service Center.Sincerely, Julio

Great service at Precision Service Center. I own a 2016 BMW 535i that had a moderate oil leak. The team at Precision was very attentive and explained the process of getting my car fixed. Although the repair took longer than expected (out of their control) I was still satisfied with the communication and work they did. I will be bringing my BMW's back there to get my future servicing completed.

Jerome is very personable when it comes to providing excellent customer service. The biggest thing I appreciate is transparency, and also willingness to thoroughly explain any situation your car is in.
