This place is great! Really reliable, and they are easy to deal with/get a hold of. They are also mobile, and they stay open late. I recommend this place.

PLEASE STOP AND READ!!! This place is a pit!! AND ITS DANGEROUS!! THE OWNER HAS ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES!! BEWARE!! UPDATE: 5/29/19 after speaking with Steve (no last name provided) from FedEx hub in Fairfield; I have been advised this is not the first time this has happened and they have received a compliant and they are currently investigating that other reported incident. Unfortunately their isn't anything they can do because they are not an OFFICIAL FedEx location and not licensed per say by FedEx they just provide pick up and drop services. It's entire setup can cause you to have a seizure just walking in...where am I?? An insurance office?? A flower shop?? No, wait, a video store?? Ah, a postal annex?? Either way BEWARE OF THE "OWNER" of the FedEx location! You will know him because he looks el DeBarge with an Ice Cube Jehri-Curl and a dingy ball cap and mis-match clothing! He is dangerous and threatening and rude and his wife supports his abusive behavior. I'm sure it's to deflect from her being the brunt of his anger. This location is being reviewed by FedEx regarding it's contract with them. They are not customer service goal oriented and a complete opposite of the representation of what FedEx stands for nor the city of Vallejo, or the County of Solano. I have lived in Vallejo all my life and can even remember this being the old Hollywood Video stores second location because as a teenager I worked at the first location on Sonoma Blvd. that is now the Monument auto parts store, and never in my life, in this country or out of this country have I ever experienced a verbal assault and a barge of expletives hurled at me. And this reject Vanilla Ice backup dancer had no regard for the other businesses inside of the location because all this disruptive behavior took a place while the the Farmers Insurance Rep. was attempting to assist it's customer and while I had a manager from FedEx on speaker phone and while there was another young lady there getting her mail. I was sooo embarrassed for him and his temper tantrum I was compelled to apologize to the lady and suggested she leave because he was getting irate and became volatile. The FedEx manger suggested I follow my own advice and leave. I was so afraid to return to pick up my package I had to request FedEx to reroute it to another SAFE location. I will return for status update after I have notice from FedEx regarding their decision to continue to license their location for it's services.

Need to print out some documents . The owner Kiran was very helpful and gave great customer service . Truly refreshing to deal with a kind and polite woman . Kiran also runs a farmers insurance agency . I'm new to Vallejo and definitely will be back to get insurance quotes from her.

I have been going to this postal annex for years now. I moved out of Vallejo about 5 years ago now. The owners and the staff here are by far and large the friendliest people of probably any business I've ever been to. They have worked with me thru some of the craziest events in my life including brain surgery and not being able to pick up mail or come in to pay for months because of surgery's. They run a movie rental business out of there and an insurance company too. The owner lady and her husband are so extremely awesome. They sell flowers and picture framing supply's there now too. It's close to the freeway. There is free wheelchair accessible parking and plenty of it. The mail comes around noon for ups and 3 for USPS. They sell $.50 or $1 drinks. The small mailboxes cost me $15 a month. They were open today(new year's eve) until 6pm. Again I'm not an employee or a friend/family just a regular customer and I can't stress how awesome the owners are. I live outside Oakland now but the people are so nice I kept the box out of respect. I wouldn't recommend anyone more than them for postal needs. I think she is a public notery as well but I may be wrong about that.

Kiran was super helpful today. We needed a document notarized at the last minute and she took care of us in no time (20mins before closing). Plus she only charged $15. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thanks, Kiran. You saved us a lot of time and hassle.

I'm so glad I selected this location for notary service. Kiran Sidher, who is a Farmers Insurance agent, has an office inside this multi-purpose strip mall store. She is friendly, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have complete confidence in her. The courteous clerk for PostalAnnex+ was, also, very helpful and nice. You can rent a video, ship a package, and get your documents notarized at this one-stop shop and come away with a smile on your face.
